Our description

Mediterraneo Luxury Suites is located in a quiet environment in Vourvourou, separated from other accommodations and noise from the street. Built of stone, dominated by vintage style, with arranged yard, swimming pool, playground for children and covered parking, it is ideal for all those who search for quality and luxyry accommodation.

It is about 650 meters from the beach, and about 500 meters from the main street, where you can find various shops, restaurants and other facilities.

It consists of a total of five accommodation units, three apartments (55m2) and two maisonettes (45m2). All accommodation units are located on the same level, on a high ground floor, about 5-6 steps in relation to the level of the yard.

The apartments in the lower level have one bedroom separated with a door, with a double bed and a living room with a corner sofa that can also be used as a bed, while at the gallery there are two connected single beds. One of the apartments has two bathrooms, one of which is accessible and customized for people with mobility problems, as well as an access ramp for wheelchairs. The apartments can accommodate up to two adults and one child.

The maisonettes have in the lower level one corner sofa that can be used as a bed, while the gallery has a double bed. One maisonette has two bathrooms, one at each level, as well as an additional bathtub in the same room with the double bed, from which it is separated with glass. Maisonettes can accommodate up to two adults and one child.

All accommodation units have a view of the sea, which is in the distance, an LCD TV, access to wireless internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets, safe, hairdryer and very large balconies with tables and chairs in the shade. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a stove with oven, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all necessary dishes. In the bathroom, the shower cabin is separated by glass, and one maisonette also has a bathtub. In agreement with the owners, you can get a baby crib. Cleaning is done daily, and the replacement of towels and bedding every third day.

In the large and nicely arranged courtyard, there is an organized playground for children, a swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols, and a poolside bar. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue and a shared kitchen, as well as a special place for parking bicycles that owners give to the guests at no extra cost. Private parking is also provided.

The Mediterraneo Luxury Suites are situated on an old olive grove that stretches across four acres in the heart of Vourvourou, within the hidden paradise of Sithonia, at 300m from the sea, where the blue sea and the golden coastline are embraced by the pine-tree branches.

This is a complex comprising of five independent apartments that were completed at the beginning of 2016. Constructed of stone and wood, it combines modern style with unique luxury in a traditional background and invites you to discover the unique combination of comfort and hospitality.

- All the exterior areas of the Mediterraneo Luxury Suites are easily accessible by persons with mobility problems. Moreover, Almyra is designed to accommodate persons with mobility problems. (Access ramp, specially-designed bathroom).
- Transfers can be arranged to and from the airport of Thessaloniki at your expense.
- The apartments are cleaned and the bed linen is changed every three days.
- The barbecue is located in a covered area that boasts a spacious dining area.
- Located in the open-air area of the complex is a covered parking area that exclusively accommodates the guests' vehicles.
- The guests are able to relax and swim in a modern 60m2 pool that has a separate baby pool. Surrounding the pool is a tiled area equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas as well as a covered lounge area where you can enjoy your coffee or cocktail.
- The playground is located in an appropriately-designed and safe area where our young guests will have an unforgettable time.
- Eight brand new bicycles, in different sizes, are provided to our guests free of charge so that they can tour the area.
