Our description

Sofia's Beachfront House is located in Vourvourou, next to the beach. It is ideal for all those who would like to be alone and wake up every morning with a sea view.

It is located on the coast, right next to the beach. It is about 450m away from the supermarket with a bakery, and at the same distance there are cafes, restaurants and freshly cleaned fish that is sold daily in a van.

The house can accommodate a maximum of seven people. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has one single bed, and in the living room there are two sofas for two people each. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a stove, coffee maker, microwave and large fridge with freezer. The bathroom has a shower cabin. In front of the house there is a seating area.

The house is air conditioned, has internet, TV, washing machine and hair dryer. During their stay the guests take care of hygiene themselves, and there is a mandatory surcharge for cleaning at the end of the stay. They have clean sets of bed linen and towels at their disposal, which they change themselves. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

Within the yard there is seating area, barbecue, deck chairs and private parking.

An amazing beachfront house, (literally) at just a couple of steps from the beach offers quietness, calmness and total privacy.

Vourvourou is a beautiful and truly unique holiday place overlooking a cluster of small islands with magnificent crystal beaches. You can visit them by renting a boat or visit the exceptional nearby beaches by car. One can simply enjoy the quiet beach just below the house, a few steps from the garden.

This amazing house has a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of Diaporos Island. It's ideal for calmness and relaxation. Also, there's a small dock right in front of the house for boat owners, a barbecue and of course private parking inside the property.

Unlike similar properties in the area, what makes this property unique, is that it is private and you do not get to share the garden and yard with anyone else. The house is not situated in a complex of other houses, or apartments, but it stands alone and is fenced all over with wood panels, providing total privacy to our guests. Also, there is direct access to the beach by a stone ladder, just a few steps from the garden.

The style of the house is traditionally serene and highly functional, providing all the necessary amenities for individual guests and families as well. The place is ideal for relaxation and enjoying the exceptional sea view and the beach right in front of the house. Ideal for those who wish to fish every day, go scuba-diving and surfing. There's a stone-built barbecue at the yard, with a built-in kitchen and a fridge.

The area is quiet, with peaceful surroundings and almost private beach.

The nearest grocery store is at only 300m.

Bus connection to and from Thessaloniki is 200m away.

The house was renovated in 2019.
