Hotel Description

Morfo House is a modest but well-maintained accommodation located close to the beach in the popular resort of Vourvourou, on the east coast of Sithonia. These are functional and decent apartments, fully equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

There are several supply supermarkets, pizzerias and restaurants in the village. The beach is about 70m, the nearest shop is about 450m, while the first tavern is about 3km away.

It offers three apartments for rent - one on the ground floor of the main building, and the other one on the ground floor of a smaller building located at the end of the yard.

The apartment in the main building has a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer and a large stove with oven, pantry, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. In the first bedroom there are one double and one single bed, while in the second one there is one double bed. In front of the entrance there is a common veranda equipped with table and chairs.

The apartment in the smaller building has in the left part of the building a kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer, a mini stove with oven and a kettle, as well as a small sofa bed. In the right part of the building there are two separate bedrooms - one with a standard double bed and a bed slightly narrower than the standard double bed, and the other one with a standard double bed and a folding armchair. There is one air conditioner in each bedroom, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The aparment has unfenced seating area in front of it.

The apartments are air conditioned, they have WiFi internet, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets and blinds. Clean bed linen and towels are available after 5-6 nights, and are replaced by guests who also take care of the hygiene of the accommodation units during their stay.

The accommodation has a very spacious yard full of greenery, beautifully maintained lawn, and plenty of parking space.

If you are coming from the direction of Nikiti, you will find the house just before turning off the main road to enter the summer resort of Vourvourou.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
