Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Elisabeth Luxury Villas is located in a quiet location in Vourvourou, tucked away in a spacious yard. There is a small children's playground within the yard, so the accommodation is ideal for families with small children.
Near the accommodation, at a distance of about 50-70m, there are supermarkets, a pizzeria and a restaurant, and the beach is at a distance of about 750m.
It offers four accommodation units. Three-bed studio Konstantinos, which has one double bed and one sofa. The four-bed apartment Joanna, which has one double bed in the bedroom, has a sofa for two people in the room with the kitchen and there is the possibility to add an extra bed, the four-bed apartment Anna also has one double bed in the bedroom, in the room where the kitchen it has a sofa for two people and there is a possibility to add an extra bed, and the large apartment Elisabeth, which has two bedrooms and a double bed in each of them, and a sofa in the room with the kitchen. All accommodation units, except for the large apartment, are located on the ground floor, while the large apartment consisting of two levels is located on the first and second floor.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a safe, mosquito nets, TV and internet. In the equipped kitchens there is a large refrigerator, a kettle, the large apartment has a standard-sized stove, the Joanna apartment has a small stove, while the other accommodation units have a hob with two hotplates. The bathroom of the large Elisabeth apartment has a shower tray with a curtain, while the other bathrooms have a shower cabin. All accommodation units have a hairdryer available, and the large apartment has a washing machine.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every four days.
In the landscaped yard there is seating area, a small playground for children, a shared barbecue, and there is also a guaranteed parking space.

Postovanje, U potrazi smo za smestajem na Sitoniji za 2 porodice u drugoj polovini jula. Ostali bismo dve nedelje a sam datum polaska je fleksibilan izmedju 14 I 18. jula. N Prva porodica – 2 odraslih, 2 dece (11 i 8 godina) Druga porodica – 2 odraslih, 3 dece (10, 5 i 1 godina) Imate li nesto slobodno u tom terminu? Hvala unapred
