Hotel Description

Jenny’s Garden House is located in a quiet location in Vourvourou, in a beautiful and spacious yard, close to the beach. There are three accommodation units in offer, and one parking space is provided for the guests of each of them. There is also a barbecue and a small playground for children in the yard. Pets are also welcome.

The accommodation is about 130m from the beach, and about 200m from shops, taverns and other contents.

The four-bed bungalow (43m2) has a hall and two other rooms. There are two single beds in the bedroom, and one double bed in the room with the kitchen. The kitchen has a hob with two hot plates and a standard-sized refrigerator. There are two toilets in this unit, ie. bathroom (no enclosed shower area, only tiles) and toilet. There is a summer house in front of it, only for the guests of the bungalow.

The apartment on the ground floor (43m2) can host up to five people, if the fifth person is a child. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed for two persons in the room with the kitchen. An extra bed can be added for the fifth person. The kitchen has a hob with two hot plates and a large refrigerator, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

Six-bed maisonette (100m2) is located on the first and on the second floor, it has two levels. On the lower level, in the room with the kitchen, there is a sofa bed for two persons, and there is also a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large fridge, stove and microwave. There is also a toilet on this level. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with one double bed in each and a bathroom with a shower cabin. From the balconies you can partially see the sea and the spacious yard.

All accommodation units have internet, TV and mosquito nets. The maisonette and the bungalow are air-conditioned, while the apartment is comfortable even when the temperatures are high, so there is no need for air conditioning. A baby cot can be provided on request.

There is also an outdoor shower, as well as a shared washing machine that you can use in agreement with the owners, and you can ask them for a hair dryer if you need it.

Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while guests maintain the hygiene of the units themselves during their stay.

An excellent accommodation with a very kind owner. The place is exceptionally quiet and surrounded by greenery. The beach is just 50 meters from the accommodation. Highly recommended!

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
