Our description
Elisabeth Diaporos Sea View Apartments is tucked away in a spacious courtyard, in a quiet location in Vourvourou. There is a small children's playground within the yard, so the accommodation is ideal for families with small children.
It is about 1500m away from the beach, a bakery and a cafe are located close to the accommodation, at a distance of about 20m, a supermarket is about 200m away, and taverns about 500m away.
It offers three accommodation units. The three-bed studio Athos, which has one double bed and one sofa, then the four-bed studio Itamos, which has one double bed and bunk beds, and the five-bed studio Diaporos, which has one double bed, bunk beds and one sofa. All studios are located on the second floor, Athos and Diaporos have sea view, while Itamos overlooks the mountain.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet and mosquito nets. A hair dryer is also available to the guests. All kitchens are equipped with the necessary dishes, have a toaster and a kettle. The three-bed studio has a two hotplates and a standard-sized fridge-freezer, while the four-bed and five-bed studios have a three hotplates, small oven and large fridge with freezer. Cleaning and changing of towels is every two days, while bed linen is changed every four days.
In the landscaped yard there is furniture for sitting, a small playground for children, a shared barbecue, and there is also a guaranteed parking space.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Na fotografijama smeštaj izgleda mnogo bolje nego realno, reklo bi se našminkano. Bili smo razočarani kada smo stigli. Dečiji krevet: donji krevet je bio razvaljen, sa strane su virili ekseri, tako da gornji krevet nismo ni koristili, jer smo se plašili koliko je ispravan. Mrežica na vratima je neispravna, a neophodna je zbog komaraca. Klima je čini se dosta stara i vidno je zaprljana, pa joj je bilo potrebno poprilično vremena da odradi posao. Kupatilo je vrlo malo i za jednu osobu, vrlo je tesno kada tuširate decu. Terasa je vrlo mala. Wi-fi praktično ne postoji.

Pre svega uopste nismo zadovoljni ponasanjem gospodje koja izdaje smestaj, koje je u krajnjem slucaju i bezobrazno. Naime, imali smo uplacen depozit od prosle godine kada smo morali da otkazemo par dana pre polaska zbog kovida gde je i gospodja potvrdila da ga mozemo iskoristiti naredne, tj. ove godine. Ove godine smo hteli to da realizujemo i preko Nikane smo rezervisali tih nekoliko dana (dobili potvrdu i vaucer) posto nije imalo vise slobodnog mesta a ostatak u drugom smestaju. Kada smo otputovali i otisli da se javimo, gospodja jednostavno nije zelela da prihvati proslogodisnji depozit (iako je i prosle i ove godine vec potvrdila da je sve u redu) a smestaj je vec izdala. Zahvaljujuci brzoj intervenciji ljudi iz Nikane koji su prvo pozvali gospodju da razjasne situaciju (nazalost bezuspesno) a zatim i u najkracem roku pronasli drugi smestaj tu u blizini, uspeli smo da prevazidjemo ovu ne bas prijatnu situaciju, pogotovo sa detetom. Posle ove neprijatne situacije, nerazumevanja i bezobraznog ponasanja gospodje, skrenuo bih paznju svima koji su zainteresovani za ovaj smestaj da povedu racuna da se ne bi nasli u slicnoj situaciji.
