Hotel Description

Elia Maisonette is located not far from one of the most famous beaches in the town of Vourvourou, and in the whole of Sithonia - Karidi beach, known for its natural shade. It is tucked away in a spacious, fenced yard, full of greenery, and is ready for all guests who are looking for a peaceful location to spend their vacation.

Karidi beach is the closest to the accommodation and is about 700m away, while a bakery, a supermarket and several cafes are within 300-400m.

It is a house on three levels within a smaller complex. The entrance to the house is from the unfenced porch, which also exists at the back of the house. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and two singles in the other, both of which have a balcony. The bathroom has a shower cabin. On the third floor, there is a double bed narrower than standard in a room that is not separated from the rest by a door, and which has its own balcony.

The house has internet, two air conditioners, TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, washing machine, baby cot, feeding chair and iron. A clean set of bed linen and towels is available to be changed halfway through the stay. Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay.

The yard is spacious and full of greenery and trees, so it also has natural shade. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue and private parking for one vehicle in the yard.

The complex itself is easy to find because it is located on the main street that passes through Vourvuorou. After turning off the highway in Vourvourou, continue straight for about 3 km and you will see the complex on the right.

Elia Maisonette is an ideal choice for families with children because the children can play carefree in the yard, and because of the proximity to the beach with natural shade.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
