Description
Balconaki Apartments is located on the main road in Vourvourou, approximately 3km from the famous and popular Karidi beach. Due to its elevated position, the balconies offer an incredible view of the sea, Diaporos island, and Vourvourou itself.
The town beach in Vourvourou is about 1km away, where you can find taverns and supermarkets.
There are two four-bed apartments on the first floor.
The Elios apartment (33m2) features a sofa for one person in the kitchen, and three single beds in the bedroom. The bedroom leads to a terrace with a direct view of the sea.
The Nymfi apartment (31m2) also has a sofa for one person in the kitchen and three single beds in the bedroom. The bedroom leads to a terrace with a side view of the sea.
Both kitchens are equipped with a stove with two burners, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and necessary utensils. The bathroom in the Elios apartment has a shower cabin with a glass partition, while the bathroom in the Nymfi apartment features a shower enclosure.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and guests also have access to a shared washing machine.
Towel and linen change is done every 3 nights, and guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation units. Small pets are allowed.
Next to the house, there is a small, fenced yard with a playground for children, a barbecue, and a gazebo. Guests also have access to private parking.
If proximity to the beach is not a priority for you, but you desire a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace, Balconaki accommodation can be a good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
