Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Rea Villa is accommodation located not far from the village of Vurvuru, outside the settlement, in a quiet and secluded environment ideal for those seeking complete rest in nature. The villa is situated in a dense pine forest, surrounded by greenery and natural shade, providing a sense of peace, freshness, and escape from everyday hustle. It is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a carefree stay. The large yard, full of shade and pine trees, offers a perfect setting for relaxation, while the spacious terrace invites guests to enjoy the silence and nature. The accommodation is ideal for a family vacation, but also for couples seeking privacy and comfort. At Rea Villa, everything is dedicated to comfort and enjoyment, in full harmony with the natural surroundings. The village of Vurvuru itself is known for its beautiful nature, crystal-clear sea, and numerous hidden beaches that delight visitors.
Guests have at their disposal a house spread over three levels, designed to accommodate ten adults and two children. The basement includes a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The ground floor has four bedrooms and another bathroom, while the first floor features an additional living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms on the ground floor and one in the basement each have a double bed. Two bedrooms on the ground floor have sofas for two persons each, and both living rooms have a sofa for one person.
Upon request, two baby cribs and two high chairs are available within the price.
This air-conditioned accommodation has air conditioning units in all living rooms and bedrooms. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, satellite TV in both living rooms, a hairdryer, an iron with ironing board, two washing machines, and two fully equipped kitchens with stoves with four burners and large ovens, large refrigerators with freezers, dishwashers, kettles, coffee makers, and toasters.
On the ground floor, there is a veranda, and on the first floor, a large balcony. Both spaces are furnished with seating sets where guests can relax, while the balcony also features a swing and a large table where guests can enjoy their meals outdoors surrounded by nature. Guests also have access to a large yard nestled among the pines, with a barbecue near the summer house furnished for sitting, as well as a basketball court for recreation.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and during their stay take care of cleaning, as well as changing bed linens and towels, which are provided by the owner every three days. There is a possibility of an additional cleaning service, for an extra charge.
Guests are guaranteed four private parking spaces within the yard.
Rea Villa is located 5 km from Ormos Panagias, 11 km from Nikiti, and 18 km from Metamorfosi. The nearest airport, Macedonia Airport in Thessaloniki, is 99 km away.
