The apartment is organized as a three-level maisonette and is designed to accommodate up to eight adults. On the ground floor, there is a living room connected to the kitchen, serving as the central space for shared activities. The first floor includes a separate bedroom and bathroom, with a jacuzzi set in a separate area for added relaxation. Internal stairs lead to the attic, where an open gallery is located, creating a clear and functional division between living and sleeping areas. The sleeping arrangements are adapted to the apartment’s capacity: the first-floor bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a pull-out armchair, while the gallery has another double bed and a pull-out armchair. The ground-floor living room features a sofa bed for two people. This layout ensures comfortable accommodation for larger groups, with well-defined zones and sufficient privacy on each level.

For families with young children, a baby cot is available free of charge upon prior notice to the owner. This service makes planning easier for families, providing a safe and comfortable space for children while giving parents greater convenience and peace of mind during their holiday.

The interior is equipped with modern appliances to ensure functionality and comfort. Two air conditioners and ceiling fans regulate the temperature, while free WiFi, a smart TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, and a washing machine are available for everyday needs. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, with a gas stove featuring two burners and a large oven, an additional ceramic hob with two zones, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Small appliances such as a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and frappe mixer add further convenience, allowing quick preparation of hot drinks and breakfast.

The outdoor area includes a veranda and two balconies furnished with seating, one at the front and one at the back of the property, the latter offering sea views. Guests also have access to a landscaped yard with grass and sun loungers, providing an additional relaxation zone within a gazebo. The yard is equipped with a private barbecue for outdoor cooking and an external shower, enhancing functionality after returning from the beach and completing the outdoor living experience.

Small pets are allowed at no extra charge, upon prior agreement with the owner, ensuring that all conditions are tailored to guests’ needs and the property’s rules.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment during their stay, as well as changing the bed linen and towels provided. This system ensures complete privacy and allows guests to organize maintenance according to their own needs and pace.

Parking is available on the street directly in front of the property, providing quick access to the accommodation. This option makes it easier for visitors arriving by car, as they can conveniently leave their vehicle close to the entrance throughout their stay.

Vourvourou is one of the most picturesque places in Sithonia, known for its unique combination of dense pine forest, white sand, and turquoise sea. Its distinctiveness lies in the archipelago of nine islands surrounding it, with Diaporos standing out, creating a naturally protected lagoon with crystal-clear, calm waters ideal for families with children. The location offers a perfect balance between natural tranquility and access to essential amenities, including traditional taverns, markets, and cafés along the coast. The proximity of Mount Itamos provides refreshing air and opportunities for walks. At the same time, the transparent sea and indented coastline offer endless possibilities for exploring hidden coves and enjoying the authentic atmosphere that has preserved the charm of a former fishing village. The accommodation is about 102 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
