The Green Pearl Villa is located in the beautiful and peaceful part of Vourvourou in Sithonia, just 350 meters away from the beach. This modern and carefully decorated house offers guests a comfortable and pleasant stay, with spacious rooms and all necessary amenities for a relaxing vacation. The villa is surrounded by a large, beautifully landscaped garden rich in greenery, providing guests with a sense of privacy and peace. The spacious outdoor area is ideal for enjoyment, relaxation, and socializing in a natural setting. Due to its location, the accommodation is an excellent choice for families and those seeking a peaceful environment, while also being close to the sea and the beautiful beaches of Sithonia. The view of the surrounding landscape, greenery, and peaceful atmosphere further enhance the experience of staying in this villa. Vourvourou is one of the most beautiful places in Sithonia, known for its crystal-clear sea, natural coves, and views of the islands across the coast. The surrounding area boasts numerous attractive beaches, each offering its own unique ambiance - from secluded coves to spacious beaches with amenities for a pleasant summer vacation.

A three-bedroom apartment, structured as a maisonette, spreads over two levels and can accommodate up to seven adults. On the lower level, at a high ground floor, there are a living room, kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom, while on the upper level, at the first floor, there are three bedrooms and another bathroom. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person.

In this air-conditioned accommodation with mosquito nets, guests have at their disposal two air conditioning units, one per floor, while each bedroom has a table fan, free WiFi internet, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

The apartment has two bathrooms, one on each floor. The bathroom on the ground floor has a built-in shower cabin, while the bathroom on the first floor has a bathtub.

A special relaxation area is the veranda facing the courtyard, while on the first floor, each room has a separate balcony with a view of the greenery and the landscaped area around the property. Guests have access to a large, fenced garden full of greenery, with seating area and natural shade, ideal for relaxation during their stay, as well as an outdoor shower.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for hygiene, and the accommodation includes an additional set of bed linen and towels that guests can change according to their needs. Upon request and for an additional fee, cleaning service is available, which includes the replacement of bed linen and towels.

There are four parking spaces available in the accommodation’s courtyard, allowing for easy and practical parking, as well as an additional convenience throughout the stay. Additional parking is also available across from the property on private land.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
