Our description

Edem Pension is a quality villa with a spacious and nicely landscaped yard. The accommodation units are modernly decorated, in beautiful colors and the furniture is new.

This accommodation is located in Skala Potamia and it is 1.3km from the beach as well as from the city center. It is 1km away from the first market.

It offers seven accommodation units - four studios and three apartments, on the ground floor and the first floor. There are four accommodation units on the ground floor and three on the first floor.

Studios:

- Anemoni - located on the ground floor with a garden view. The studio consists of one double bed and a bunk bed.
- Magnolia - located on the high ground floor with a garden and street view. It consists of one double bed and a bunk bed. This accommodation can accommodate up to five people because another bed with a standard mattress pulls out under the double bed.
- Iris - consists of one double bed and a bunk bed. This unit has a mountain view and it is located on the first floor.
- Lilium - consists of one double bed and a bunk bed. This studio is located on the front side of the accommodation, on the first floor, and it has yard and street view.

Apartments:

- Rose - consists of two double beds, one in a separate bedroom while the other is in the kitchen area. This apartment can accommodate up to five people because another standard single bed can be pulled out under the bunk bed with regular mattress. The apartment is located on the high ground floor and it has garden view. The bathroom is located in bedroom.

- Amaryllis - consists of two double beds, one in a separate bedroom and the other in the kitchen. Like the Rose Apartment, there is also the option of pulling out an extra bed with a standard mattress under the bed in kitchen area. This apartment is located on the front side of the property, on the first floor, and it has garden and street view.

- Paeonia - this apartment consists of one double bed in the bedroom, and a bunk bed in the kitchen. This apartment can accommodate up to five people, because under the lower bunk bed, another extra bed an be pulled out, with a standard mattress. The apartment is located on the high ground floor and it has garden view.

All accommodation units have TV and air conditioning, a hairdryer, a safe, a private balcony and a bathroom, a kitchen with an electric kettle and a wardrobe. The size of the studio varies from an average of 18m2 to 25m2, while the size of the apartment is 27m2.

Cleaning is done daily and towels and linen are changed every third day.

The yard is fenced, very nicely landscaped and mostly grassy. There are paths, lots of flowers and greenery as well as a veranda where you can enjoy under the shade and spend time with your family.

Accommodation has private parking.

This accommodation is very easy to reach. If you take the highway from the direction of Limenas, as soon as you leave the village of Potamia, continue straight for a 100 meters and on the left you will see the house Edem.

Welcome to Edem Pension. If you are looking for a holiday in a small paradise, you came to the right place! Edem, the Greek for Garden of Eden, is just that. Situated in a quiet area and just a short walk from Golden beach, the Blue Flag beach and one of the best on Thassos island.

Our studios are spacious and benefit from one double and two bunk beds (suitable for both children and adults) with a large wardrobe and dressing table to complete the furnishings. The kitchenette is fully equipped and the furnished balcony gives you a peaceful place to enjoy your meals with views over our gardens and the impressive Ipsarion mountain range. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and sink.

Apartments Type 1 have two spacious rooms. The first room has the kitchenette, wardrobe, dressing table and a double bed. The second room also has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table and from here you will find the separate bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin. Both rooms have patio doors onto the furnished balcony.

Apartments Type 2 also have two rooms, the only difference from the Type 1 apartments is that instead of a double bed, the second room has two bunk beds and a single bed. They have a kitchenette and a separate bathroom too.
