Description
Astris Suites is situated in town of Astris, in quiet location, next to the market and one minute away from the beach. Accommodation is renovated and offers quality units, great position and private parking. It is good choice for families with kids because of spacious garden full of shadow, greenery and flowers.
The main beach is 130 meters from the accommodation while small closest beach is just across the road, less than 100 meters, in front of Astris Beach hotel. You can use umbrellas and sunbeds if you buy a drink. First market is in the garden of the same accommodation.
The complex is well-equipped and has two buildings- one is closer to the street which is calles Astris Studios and one that is behind, in the same yard and is called Astris Suites.
Astris Suites offers three suites that are renovated. Units are spacious, bright, nicely decorated and can accommodate up to five people. Entrance to the rooms is on the back side of the house and balconies overlooks garden (from upper floors also sea).
Two suites (25m2) are for maximum 4 persons. One is on the ground floor (garden view) and another is on the 1st floor (sea view). Each of them have double bed and folding sofa for two more people. In the same room there is also a kitchen. Bathroom has shower tub with curtain.
One suite (30m2) is for 5 people. It is on the 1st floor, has sea and garden view. There is one double bed, one single bed and folding sofa for two more people. In the same room there is also a kitchen. Bathroom has shower tub with curtain.
All accommodation units have a kitchen, bathroom, television, mosquito nets, air conditioning and hair dryer and Internet access (WiFi). Balconies are big, with table and chairs.
Cleaning and changing of towels and linen are done every fourth day.
The yard has enough room for grilling and carefree play of children. It is large and very nice yard with lots of paved paths, sculptures, fountains, flowers, palm trees, olives, built barbecue and parking in the shade of trees.
A large parking is in the back side of the villa.
Coming from Potos direction, continue 5,5km more and you will see sign for Astris Studios on your left. For those you come without a car, right in front of the accommodation is also a bus stop.
If you like to be placed in a completely new facility, equipped with a beautiful, modern and high quality furniture with reasonable prices, then this villa is an excellent choice. In addition, the house is only a hundred meters from the beach, in the same yard has a mini-market, at 500 meters is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island Psiliamos, at 3km away is the famous chill out beach Salonikios, and Potos with a large selection of amenities.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Potrebna 2 dva cetverokrevetni apartman od 10.07.2019.itd na 10 -12 dana, za dve porodice, da li ima slobodno i od kada, radi se o starijoj deci potrebni komotniji apartmani.

Da li imate slobodan četvorokrevetni SUPERIOR SUETES od.17.-29.7.2016. Ukoliko nemate baš te datume napiši te mi onda približne. U pitanju je 12 noći. Ne želimo smeštaj u anex kućici. Da li cena?
