Hotel Description

Venetia Studios in Astris is an excellent choice for those who are looking for a real holiday, peace and quiet. It has a small number of rooms so the privacy is high. We recommend it for families with children because it is situated in a big yard that is ideal for children’s play.

City beach in Astris is 1km away, while Salonikios is 2km. The first market is in Astris 800m away as well as the first restaurants.

It offers four studios for two and four persons. Two studios are renovated for the season 2016.

4 Bed studio number 1 (20m2) is renovated and it has a double bed and folding sofa bed for two persons. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. From the balcony is a view of the yard.
Triple studio number 2 (18m2) is renovated and it has a double bed and another folding bed below with standard dimensions. The bathroom is bigger and it has a shower with a curtain. The terrace is smaller and it has a garden view.
Double studio number 3 (15m2) has two single beds. The kitchen is separated by a door. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. This studio doesn’t have a balcony but a sitting area in front of the entrance.
Double studio number 4 (15m2) has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower. The terrace has a garden view.

All accommodation units have a kitchen and bathroom, AC, TV, mosquito nets.

The owners are living on the ground floor so anything you need you can ask for help, they are very kind.

Cleaning and replacing of bed linen and towels is performed every five days.

A yard is big and ideal for children, there is also an outdoor barbecue that is available to guests.

The parking space is available in the yard.

Arriving from the direction of Potos, continue for another 8km until you reach the accommodation. When you get to Astris, after the gas station you will see the accommodation on your right side where is a blue sign on the road.

We recommend Venetia Studios to families with children. Location is ideal as a base for exploring the island because it is just a few kilometres away from the most beautiful beaches of Thassos, while the natural pool Giola is 2km away and Arhangel Michail monastery is 7km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
