Accommodation description

Alegria is a very nice and quality accommodation on a great location, with big parking which is free of charge and sea view. It is located on the one of the most popular beaches on the island, Golden Beach.

Accommodation is located in Skala Panagia, known as Golden Beach, near to the beach, right next to the tavern Korifi.

Alegria Studios consists of four studios Each of them has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a safe box. The living area in most studios is 30m2, except from one studio which is 27m2.

All studios are almost identical. They have a king size double bed, a sofa or an arm chair that folds out and a private balcony with a sea view. When you fold out the sofa, the width of the bed is smaller than a standard double bed, about 1.40m.

Cleaning is done every day, while towels and bed linen are changed every fourth day.

In a very nice landscaped garden there is a playground for children with seesaws, swings and slides, and there is a barbecue also.

Next to the house there are free parking spaces.

The nearest supermarket that is also selling bakery products is ten minute by foot.

Alegria Studios is an excellent choice if you want accommodation just a step away from the beach and all amenities around.

The accommodation is exceptionally beautiful and is situated in a great location, very close to the beach, practically in the first row of villas by the sea. The studio is spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything one might need. Everything is remarkably clean, and the owners regularly maintain the space. The owners are very kind and friendly, always available for any inquiries. The terrace offers a splendid view of the beach and the sea, and it is truly delightful to sit and enjoy the scenery. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! 😊

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
