** Palma Studios is a modern and renovated accommodation, located a few minutes from the beach while the first market is located next to the building, which is another of the benefits that this accommodation has. The hygiene is at a high level and friendly owners who speak serbian language are always available to their guests. **
Palma Studios is located on Golden Beach, one of the most popular places on Thassos. The beach is about 100m away from the accommodation, through the camp. In the market, which is located next to the accommodation as we mentioned in the introduction, you can also buy some of the bakery products.
This facility offers guests two accommodation units, two studios (22m2) that can accommodate two adults and one child and are located on the first floor. The studios are very similar and are equipped in the same way - one double bed and one single. In one of the studios the bed is pulled up like a drawer while the other studio has a single bed in front of the double bed. There is also a small kitchenette in the studios (frying is prohibited) which guests can use to prepare light meals. In one of the bathrooms there is a shower cabin while in the other there is a glass partition. The studios also have a wardrobe for storing things, which guests can use.
Both units have a private balcony with chairs and a table. Although close to the beach, this accommodation does not have a sea view, due to the tall trees in front of the building that block the view but, by the owner's words, the trees are cut down for the season 2022. Both terraces face the street and the building next door.
Cleaning is done every day and the change of bed linen and towels every two-three days.
Private parking does not exist but guests can leave their vehicle right in front of or next to the accommodation, where there is enough parking space.
Below the accommodation there is a very good restaurant, owned by the same family, which we recommend you visit.
The easiest way to reach this accommodation is to enter the village Panagia from the direction of Limenas, turn towards Golden Beach. Continue driving straight until you reach the large Princess complex where you need to turn right and then into the next street turn right again. Continue driving straight and you will see the Finikas restaurant, above which is Palma Studios.

Owner description
Palma studios is an accommodation located just 50m from the beautiful Golden Beach on Thassos. It consists of two studios that can accommodate two adults and one child (2+1). The studios are equipped with a living room with air-conditioning and a TV, with beds and a kitchenette with a small fridge, and a separate bathroom with shower. Both studios are about 22m2 and have access to a spacious separate terrace.

Discount
For reservations for period from 21.07.2024 to 30.07.2024, for stays of 9 nights and more, discount of 50 euros in total is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
