Our description

**Mary’s Residence is a new accommodation located not far from the beach, somewhere in the middle of the Golden Beach bay, so both Skala Potamia and Golden Beach are very easily accessible. The guests can use the swimming pool, as well as the private parking. **

The accommodation is located on Golden Beach, 150m from the beach and one of the most popular beach bars on the island, Paralia Nouveau. It is about 1,5km away from the center.

Mary’s Residence is a newly built complex consisting of three smaller buildings. There are a total of 16 accommodation units, of which eight are four-bed studios, five maisonettes, one two-bed studio and four-bed apartment, and one three-bed studio.

All four-bed studios (35m2) are consisted of a double bed and a folding sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with two hot plates, toaster and coffee maker.

The maisonettes (40m2) have a double bed in the bedroom on the upper gallery that is not separated by the door, and on the ground floor, there is a folding sofa bed suitable for two persons. All the maisonettes, except one, have two balconies. Air conditioning is in the bedroom, on the gallery.

The apartment (30m2) is located on the first floor and in the bedroom there is a double bed while in the living room, where there is a kitchen, there is a sofa bed.

The three-bed studio (35m2) is located on the first floor and has one double bed and a sofa for one child.

The double studio (25m2) is located in the basement, has no balcony and is equipped with one double bed.

The kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary kitchen elements (electric water kettle, toaster, etc.), and the guests also have a WiFi internet signal, however, according to the owners, it is stronger on the balconies than in the rooms. All units are equipped with mosquito nets, hairdryer, air conditioning and TV. Baby cot is available on request upon booking.

The hygiene is on a really high level, cleaning is done every day, and the replacement of towels and bed linen every third day.

The swimming pool, cafe and private parking with 10 parking places are available for the guests of the accommodation.

Pets are allowed, however, their weight must not exceed 8kg.

The easisest way to Mary’s Residence (from the direction of Limenas and the village of Potamia) is if you turn left from the main road right after the supermarket Halkias and continue driving straight until you see the accommodation Issalos. Turn left then right, and after a few meters, you will see Mary’s Residence.

The accommodation is located about 150m away from the beach Golden Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Thasos. If you want high-quality accommodation close to the beach, Mary’s Residence Suites can be an ideal choice.

The famous Golden beach, awarded with two Blue flags, is 40 meters from the apartment complex. Mary’s Residence Suites & Luxury is sited in a very advantageous location between the two villages of Golden Beach and Skala Potamia. So you have the opportunity to choose from a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars.

The spacious, modern style apartments in Mary’s Residence Suites feature a living room-bedroom, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor, and another bedroom and closet on the second floor.

Mary’s Luxury is a brand new, second, two-floor-building of Mary’s Residence Suites in Skala Potamia. It consists of nine independent apartments, built in modern style.

Each apartment consists of one big room with double bed and one sofa, which can be extended into a two-bed - sleeping one to two people.

It has a complete equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, its own balcony with table and chairs, air condition, safety box, hair dryer, TV and free WiFi access.

Mary’s Residence Suites and Luxury have the same access to the swimming pool.

Sunbeds and the parking-place are for free.
