Description
Anna Villa is a quality accommodation, which is located in a very quiet location and gives guests a real feeling of rest, since they would be the only visitors to the accommodation, which also contributes to a dose of privacy. Guests can also use the swimming pool, with a great view of the sea.
Anna Villa is located in the village of Kalirachi, about 3 km from the beach.
It is a private three-story house (260m2), with three separate bedrooms, which can host up to 10 people. There is one double bed in each of the bedrooms, while on the top floor there is one double bed and two single beds (all in the same room).
Three bathrooms are available to guests, two of which have a bathtub and the third bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
The house has three air conditioners, internet access, TV set, washing machine, hair dryer, and a cot is available on request, before booking. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a four-burner oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, an electric kettle and a coffee maker.
There is a swimming pool in the yard, where you can use the sunbeds that are available. There is also a private area for grilling.
Private parking is also available to guests.
Towels and bed linen are changed every fifth day, and guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation (they enter a cleaned unit).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
