An excellent value for money, with a prime location adjacent to the rocky beach and just a few minutes' walk to the sandy section. Ample parking space is available. The cleanliness is also of a high standard. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

Not recommended. I would not book this accommodation again. The owners are extremely polite, and the clean bedding is a significant plus! However, the beds are uncomfortable, there is cobwebs in every corner, and the room has a stale odor along with a scent of kerosene. The bathroom is old and has a smell of sewage. Additionally, the windows lack screens (considering the apartment is in the basement, I believe they are necessary).

We encountered an issue during our check-in at the accommodation, as the host did not have our voucher, which was an oversight by the agency. The host speaks only Greek and has a limited command of German. When we called the agency in Potos, the phone was perpetually busy. The owner speaks only Greek and German, making any form of communication challenging. The Wi-Fi is poor, with the signal frequently dropping. The bedding was changed only once (on the 7th day), and a new trash bag was provided. The kitchen utensils are incomplete, and you must purchase your own household hygiene products; the hairdryer is not functional, and the freezer lacks a door. The entrance door is complicated to lock. If you have modest expectations, this is an excellent choice. I kindly ask Nikana to correct the coordinates being forwarded for this apartment.

We did not rest very well, but the guesthouse is close to the sea. For the price we paid, it is a very good option. We hope to return there next year.

As expected, just as it was presented. Comfortable for sleeping. A bit more furniture for the yard is needed. There isn't enough seating space. It's quiet at night without noise.

The apartment's location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach and the city center. The basement apartment is modest, lacking screens on the windows and a wardrobe, but the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, while the bathroom is somewhat lacking. My rating is very good; that’s the reality, you get what you pay for.

The accommodation was decent (located in the basement), spacious, but with only one wardrobe. Towels and bed linen were changed only once during our ten-night stay. The parking area was very spacious and free of congestion. The beach is nearby, but the entry into the water is quite inconvenient due to the large stones and narrow shoreline. Therefore, it is advisable to walk about 200 meters to the left or right for swimming. We vacationed from August 18 to August 28 of this year, and it is important to note that our biggest issue was with bees. Since we traveled by car, we visited the entire island multiple times and went to many beaches and places, but bees were everywhere, in large numbers (they even stung us). Anyone allergic to insect bites should prepare well if heading to Tasos. Our vacation was truly enjoyable, and we are very satisfied with what we saw and experienced. Our recommendation is to visit Tasos and explore it.

We spent four nights in the four-person Kostas apartment, but I must emphasize that it is a basement accommodation! There may be differences compared to the apartments on the upper floors. The apartments are spacious, modestly furnished, yet they provide all the essentials one might need. We were not bothered by the plastic garden chair and table, the cramped kitchenette, or other typical features of most accommodations. We came to enjoy the beautiful sea and lovely beaches of Thassos. The apartment is located just about a hundred meters from the sea, but the beach there is poor, very narrow, with stones and seaweed... however, if you move a little in either direction, it gets much better. The coastline alternates between sandy and rocky, allowing you to choose what suits you best. There are many taverns where sunbeds and umbrellas are available with a drink, as is customary. In our opinion, the further left you go towards Skala Panagias, the nicer the beach becomes!

I stayed with my wife and our five-year-old child from July 27 to August 5, 2014. The accommodation was beautiful and new, situated in an excellent location. Everything is literally at your fingertips, and the staff's kindness is commendable.

Overall, we are satisfied

During our stay at this accommodation from September 4th to 12th, 2013, my wife, our 2-year-old son, and I found no faults regarding hygiene, comfort, or the spaciousness of the studio. The parking is adequate, located right in front of the accommodation, and the beach, cafes, restaurants, town center, and supermarkets are all within a 5-minute walk! In front of the accommodation, there is a paved courtyard with seating arrangements, and at the back, there is a large stone barbecue under the vine. As for drawbacks, there is dust blowing in from the street and parking that covers the tiles (though this seems to be a characteristic of the entire island), and the shower cabin is small. Everything else is commendable. In any case, I recommend it!

Our vacation took place from August 17, 2013, to August 27, 2013. We spent it as a family, with two children, my husband and me. The property is tidy, but there is always room for improvement, and one should always strive for that, as an excess of hygiene is never unwelcome. Everything in the property is in order, and it is cleaned every three days with a change of linens. The owner of the property does not visit the guests nor intrudes upon their activities. He speaks no language other than Greek, which is not a problem for him as he does not ask anything from the guests and does not disturb them during their vacation. Our experience was positive; we encountered no issues either with the property or the staff.

We stayed at Kostas's studio from August 3rd to 15th, 2013. We are a family of four; our son is 15, and our daughter is 14 years old. Mr. Kostas, despite his limited knowledge of English, was exceptionally warm and kind. Throughout our stay, he was present and available, yet unobtrusive and discreet. Every third day, the linens and towels were changed, and the studio was thoroughly cleaned. Following your recommendations, we visited interesting places and beaches on Thassos, which meant we spent little time in the studio; however, we did not encounter any problems or discomfort. As Mr. Kostas said when we were saying goodbye, we will be back next year.

We were a group of five, including three children (one of whom is a teenager), and we stayed in a 4+1 apartment in the basement at the end of July. There was no air conditioning, but it was not necessary. The hosts were exceptionally polite, always present yet unobtrusive. The lovely yard featured a gazebo with a barbecue at the back, which was always available for guests. We used that space for every meal and utilized the barbecue several times. Fortunately, during our stay, there were no mosquitoes.

My wife and I spent the first ten days of August there. The host is very pleasant and always at your service, but he only speaks German (he doesn't know English). The place is exceptionally clean - every morning, the housekeeper would take out the trash and clean the room. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, and located in a quiet part of town. We highly recommend it!

I was with my family, with two sisters and our children. The hosts were exceptionally kind, always accommodating our needs. The hygiene was good, and towels and bed linens were changed every three days. The location is excellent, close to both the beach and the city. I believe the advertisement for this studio is somewhat poorly executed; the pictures appear modest, yet in reality, it has everything one might need. It also mentions that there is noise in the surroundings, which we did not notice.

Period: June 29 - July 9 - two adults and one 7-year-old child. The accommodation was quite satisfactory, featuring four beds in a three-bed studio. The studio was of decent size, which is important for both movement within it and for storing suitcases and bags. The linens were changed every five days - acceptable, but the trash was only taken out every three days, which is inadequate. There was no internet, which came as an unpleasant surprise for us. It turned out that the owner had not reported the internet discontinuation. The owners were courteous. We had a minor complaint regarding the shower area, and they addressed it very promptly. The owner speaks German but does not know English.
