Hotel Description

Menta Studios is a two-building complex, located in the heart of the picturesque village of Skala Potamia. This accommodation (ex Kostas Studios) is on a very good location, not far from the beach and the center. Guests have at their disposal a yard, as well as private parking which is a great advantage.

Accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, 160m from the nearest rocky beach and 500m from the sandy beach. It is 200m from the center and from the central intersection.

There are ten studios spread amongst two buildings right next to each other (the first building features four studios and the second building features six studios and the reception area – all studios are accessible by stairs), fully equipped to cater to all of our guests’ needs.

Two triple studios (25m2) on the first floor are equipped with a double bed and a single bed. Six family studios (28m2) are equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed. They are located on the first and seconf floor. There are also two superior family studios (34m2), located on the second floor, that are equipped with a double bed and two single beds.

Each studio has a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a wardrobe, air-condition, TV, hairdryer, balcony with sitting area, Wi-Fi and all the necessary bathroom and room amenities.

Cleaning is done on a daily basis. Towels are changed every second day and bed linen every third day. Baby cot available on request.

The yard is spacious and private parking is located next to the house.

Arriving to Skala Potamia from the direction of Golden beach, turn left at the central intersection and then left into the first street. You will see Menta Studios after about 200m on the left side of the street.

First market is about 200m away.

We did not rest very well, but the guesthouse is close to the sea. For the price we paid, it is a very good option. We hope to return there next year.

As expected, just as it was presented. Comfortable for sleeping. A bit more furniture for the yard is needed. There isn't enough seating space. It's quiet at night without noise.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
