Our description
El Mare is located at the entrance to Limenaria. It offers comfort, modern and very well equipped units with sea view. The owners are very kind and helpful. City beach is only few minutes away.
The villa is at about 150m from the beach and the closest grocery store, while the center of Limenaria is 800m away.
El Mare Luxurious Apartments was built in 2015. It has two apartments, Ammos (42m2) and Thalassa (45m2) and two studios Votsalo (34m2) and Kyma (32m2). Studios have partial, while the apartments have a direct sea view. Studios have one double and a single sofa bed, while in the apartments there's a double bed in the bedroom and a corner sofa set in the living room. Accommodation units are located on the ground floor.
Studios and apartments have fully equipped kitchen, a shower cabin in the bathroom and a porch and a sitting area in the courtyard. The owner lives on the upper floor, although he rarely resides in this apartment during the summer months. All of the units have internet, AC, mosquito nets, TV and a hair dryer.
Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are replaced after three days.
Smaller yard is located in front of the villa.
You will easily find a parking spot in front of the accommodation because the street has a low traffic.
Arriving from the direction of Prinos, turn left when you reach the board with the inscription Discovery. The villa is located on the corner to the left.

Owner description
Built with a panoramic sea view, El Mare Luxurious Apartments welcomes you in Limenaria on the south side of the island of Thassos. Built in 2015, it consists of two specially decorated luxury apartments and one studio.
Studio Votsalo has one room with one double and a sofa bed, it can accommodate two adults and a child.
Apartment Thalassa has two rooms, with a separate bedroom and large living room with sofa corner bed and an excellent sea view. The apartment can accommodate two adults in a separate bedroom and two children in the living room.
Apartment Ammos has two rooms, with a separate bedroom and large living room with corner sofa bed and a sea view. The apartment can accommodate two adults in a separate bedroom and two children in the living room.
Apartments and studios are spacious and air-conditioned, with TV, fully equipped kitchen and free wireless internet. Small pets are allowed. Cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced every three days. In each room, there is a tumble dryer. A private parking (1-2 places in the yard) is available, but there's also a space for parking on the street and in front of the house.
El Mare Luxurious Apartments is at just 100m from the beach in Limenaria and 800m from the village center. To reach El Mare Luxurious Apartments, you should follow a scenic 22km route from the port of Prinos or a 42km route from Limenas. Limenaria is very close to some of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Thassos.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
