Our description
Waterside Studios offers to the guests studios, some of which have beautiful sea view. It is located in the center of Limenaria, on the promenade, so it is an ideal option for all those who want to spend their vacation on Thassos.
The villa is located on the big city beach in Limenaria and is 30m away from the nearest supermarket. In front of the accommodation ends the promenade that leads to the center of the town, where all the taverns, cafes and souvenir shops are.
There are four studios on the ground floor.
Two double studios with a double bed are located at the back side of the house and they have a view of the street, while the other two units are triple and they have sea view. Triple studios are located at the front side of the house and have one double bed and one fold out drawer bed.
All accommodation units have kitchen, bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, mosquito nets, internet, TV and hairdryer. Bathroom has a shower with a curtain, while kitchens are equipped and has hot plates, kettle and a small refrigerator. Pets are allowed upon request.
Cleaning, as well as change of towels and bed linen are done every five days.
Next to the villa there is a parking space for 2-3 cars, while the owners help other guests to find a place for their vehicle in the nearby streets.
Coming from Prinos, turn right immediately after the Hotel Triada, located in Limenaria. The road will turn left by the sea and after about 20m you will see Villa Waterside on your left.
Accommodation is a good choice for all those who are looking for studios in a good location, in the center of town.

Owners description
Nelly Studios is located 10 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the village center.
Each studio has a kitchen and a bathroom.It is a new villa (opened in 2013) located directly beside the pebble beach in a quieter part of the town, next to Limenaria and Anastazia studios and Hotel Agali. Modern accommodation and great location will satisfy even the most demanding clients. Near the villa there are shops, restaurants and bars.
Accommodation is ensured in a double and triple studios with private bathrooms. There is a kitchen and balcony or terrace, air condition, nice outdoor seating on the terrace, direct entrance to the pebbly beach, chairs and umbrellas for a fee, Wi-Fi. All units are on the ground floor and only triple studio has sea view.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
