Accommodation is in a beautiful location, in a peaceful setting with a view of the sea, yet still within the town. Modest, but quite suitable for a comfortable stay (we are not overly demanding). Since we stayed in the same apartment last year as well, we noticed that the bathroom was somewhat cleaner than it was the year before; bedding and towels are changed every five days, which is excellent. The kitchen was nicely cleaned. With minimal effort, the accommodation could be raised to a considerably higher level.

The location is excellent, but the accommodation is not up to par, as little has been invested in it for a long time. Our biggest problem was that the house has no trash bin, so you have to carry the garbage several hundred meters every day.

We were delighted! Truly! Next year we will definitely come back! There are a few things that could be improved, and if you have a moment, please suggest to Joani that the kitchen should have at least a shelf for groceries or a hanging unit. We kept all groceries in bags and constantly moved them from one place to another on the work surface. Also, in the bathroom, at least a shelf would help if there isn’t room for a hanging unit. And, for example, a shower curtain. But it isn’t mandatory :) As for the bedroom, our only complaint is that there aren’t enough electrical outlets. Fortunately, we’re aware of the issue and always bring along extra extension cords. Everything else was truly phenomenal. Can we reserve the same accommodation for next year now? For example from August 15 to 29?

If you love Thassos, this is the perfect accommodation. An excellent location, you are right by the coast, hearing and seeing the sea, gazing at Mount Athos, with a promenade along the shore and a beach right in front of you... The accommodation is functional, clean, with a terrace that you can only dream of, and compliments for the kindness and hospitality. Highly recommended!

In my opinion, the apartments are located in the most beautiful spot in Limenarija. They are close to everything yet sufficiently secluded, providing a peaceful atmosphere right next to the beach. However, the accommodation has numerous shortcomings, many of which could be easily, quickly, and inexpensively addressed, but it seems that the Greeks do not wish to make the effort, knowing that we come for the sea and will surely return. We had the same impression in the restaurants and shops. Advantages The huge advantage is the location, which is stunning. Additionally, the accommodation features a large yard where you can park your car and relax. Disadvantages Both faucets were leaking. Everything is arranged so that you have just what you need and nothing more. There is no space to store belongings (just a tiny wardrobe, and there are three of us), so our things were left on the floor in the suitcase. For instance, the terraces in the apartment are extremely close to each other, providing no privacy, and guests literally feel as if they are sharing the terrace or that someone is sitting outside on their terrace. Some curtains, perhaps made of reeds, would at least visually solve the problem, but evidently, there is no will for that. Furthermore, the internet is terrible.

The location is excellent, and the morning coffee with a view of the sea is the only advantage this accommodation offers. The yard is spacious but extremely neglected and disordered, filled with dust and weeds. The apartment itself and the amenities it contains - I believe it is shameful to rent something like this for 70 euros. We have never stayed in a worse apartment; regarding the dishes, there are two mismatched glasses, and there are three of us, not to mention. We requested a studio for three with three beds, but we received a supplementary bed. We overlooked all these numerous flaws because there was wonderful company and children in the yard. The owner, Jana, is very kind.

An outstanding location; only a local road separates you from the beach, with minimal traffic. The beach is decent, with a bit of gravel at the entrance, followed by sand. I recommend that you definitely use water shoes. The apartments are old and in need of renovation, but they are clean. The dishes are mismatched. The bed is very comfortable. The refrigerator is large with a freezer compartment. The stove with two burners is terrible, but it works. The veranda is huge and always in the shade. The parking is vast, accommodating up to 100 cars, which is a significant advantage. The landlady is exceptionally kind; she comes every morning and afternoon and stays for several hours.

Perfect for a more tranquil rest

For peace and relaxation right on the beach, this was an ideal place. Considering it was the end of the season and there were no crowds, it was quiet and serene. The beach is just across the street, sandy, and nearby are cafes and restaurants for those who enjoy sun loungers on the beach. There was no sound insulation, so we only heard the constant snoring from the neighboring apartment on the last night (thankfully). Overall, the accommodation is modest but clean. We were still able to use the internet since there weren't many guests; otherwise, it feels non-existent when everyone is in their apartments. Essentially, an excellent offer for that price :)

A fantastic place for a vacation, with accommodation right on the seashore. The owner is friendly, everything is clean, the yard is spacious and wonderful for children, and parking is available. The beach in front is unorganized, but right next to it is a beach with sun loungers. The center is just a few minutes' walk away, located in a quiet part of town, away from the hustle and bustle. The beds are comfortable, and the entire studio is functional, equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. The terraces are essentially connected with those of other guests, which may be a drawback for someone who prefers not to interact with others, although we had an exceptionally pleasant group of people staying there during our visit. Highly recommended!

Accommodation overlooking the sea, where you literally step out of the yard onto the beach. For those who do not prioritize comfort and luxury, this is an ideal place. There is a grill that everyone can use. However, I have a few complaints and things I dislike. The landlady, Jana, is kind, but... it feels like she’s from Pirot. 😅 She turns off the water, so we have no hot water to shower in the evening. This bothered all the guests, not just me. The second and worst thing, in my opinion, is that she would enter our accommodation and lower the temperatures in the refrigerators, as if it were on a timer. To me, this is unacceptable and extremely rude! After all, this is a private space; does someone really need to check what we have in our fridge? Sure, there’s nothing to hide, but in my view, entering someone’s private space is impolite and unprofessional! You, as a serious agency, Nikana, should address this with her. Mrs. Jana did this in all the apartments, and we all commented on it. Naturally, no one said anything to her to avoid conflict and ruining their vacation. For me, this is a significant minus for the house. The yard is unkempt, full of dust, and there’s no grass in sight except at the entrance to the complex. So, for those who are not bothered by these things, the accommodation is okay. We had a wonderful team in the entire studio, four families, having maximum fun. Lucky!!! Personally, I am done with this accommodation.

The accommodation is perfect for those who cherish peace and quiet, enjoying the first morning coffee with a view of the sea or taking a stroll along the coastline. The studio may not be the most modernly equipped, but it has everything necessary for a relaxing holiday. The friendly hostess Joana is always available to assist you whenever you need something. The yard is spacious, and there is always parking available. A wild beach is located right next to the property, and just 50 meters away is a well-maintained hotel beach with sun loungers that you can use with a purchase. A few hundred meters away, you will also find taverns serving excellent food. I long to vacation at the same place again.

Modest accommodation relative to the price. Advantages: proximity to the sea, spacious terrace with a view of the sea, parking available. Disadvantages: unkempt beach in front of the villa, rocky and slippery entry into the sea, disorganized yard (you feel as if you are at a lakeside cottage), lack of privacy - terraces for five studios are positioned side by side (without partitions between them), weak water pressure in the bathroom, the villa is not connected by a promenade to Laminarija - you must drive there. Regarding the proximity to more popular beaches, it is better to have accommodation in Potos as most of them are located to the east.

I would return to this accommodation. Nothing in this place is ideal, but everything is functional. For those who do not mind that everything is not "in perfect order", this will surely appeal to them. It was important to me that it was quiet, close to the beach, and had a spacious yard (although it is quite untidy).

The accommodation in Topouzis was satisfactory. The landlady was very kind. The space was a bit cramped, and the beds were too short for tall individuals. Nevertheless, overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Immaculate apartments. Spacious courtyard. Proximity to the sea. A leisurely fifteen-minute walk to the center. A barbecue is available, along with all that the courtyard offers (fruit, shade, showers and water, parking...). The hostess, Jana, is an extraordinary woman. Approachable, kind, cheerful, diligent, and meticulous. I have never encountered such kindness before (despite having been to Greece ten times without any unpleasant experiences). The only minor drawback is the rocky beach right in front of the studio. The sea is wonderfully clear, and a little further out, there is fine sand; however, the entrance is somewhat awkward. Nevertheless, with so many beautiful aspects that this accommodation offers, this can easily be overlooked. For those not expecting luxury but rather a pleasant natural environment, I wholeheartedly recommend it ♥

If you plan to explore the island and visit a different beach every day (as we did during our vacation), this is the perfect accommodation choice. After a day spent in crowds and walking, you return to a peaceful lodging with a spacious terrace, a vast yard, and a wonderful view of the sea. It serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the island. The best beaches nearby (5-10 minutes by car) include Notos, Psili Ammos, Tripiti, and Metalia... Among other well-known beaches predominantly located near the town, Tasos Golden Beach did not impress us, although it is worth a visit for a day. We did not enter Makrijamos as it was overcrowded (the entrance with two sunbeds costs 16 euros), while the famous marble beach was a complete disappointment for us.

The owner is kind, and the location is excellent for exploring the island. For those not inclined to adventure, the beach is right in front of the accommodation. Limenaria is a charming little town, and the accommodation is slightly further from the center, but it's not a major issue.

The accommodation is located right at the beginning of Limenarija, practically as soon as you step out, the promenade by the sea begins and continues on towards the town center (a few minutes away), yet everything is far enough that noise does not disturb. Personally, we found the town to be more beautiful than Limenas (Tasos) and Potos, the other two "larger" towns on the island. The location of the accommodation, the sea view, a large yard for parking where children can play, as well as the proximity to the main promenade in Limenarija is probably the biggest advantage of this accommodation. The accommodation is correctly described, thus tidy and clean, but somewhat spartan and outdated. There is one power strip, which after the TV and refrigerator leaves only one socket for, say, charging a phone, which is not enough; it is also in the kitchen and not next to the bed where most of us charge our phones at night. The terrace has a table and a couple of chairs and is ideal for breakfast in the morning with a beautiful view of the sea. There were no mosquitoes, but there were quite a few wasps and bees. The biggest downside of the accommodation for us was the lack of a curtain around the shower cabin, which is actually a bigger problem than it seems at first glance. We all shower as soon as we come back from the beach, the bathroom is full of water that spreads throughout the apartment, making it dirty and far messier than it could actually be. A small investment that would mean a lot; I do not understand why they did not do that. Also, towels were not changed during our 10-day stay. I am sure they would have changed them if we had asked, but we brought our own, so it was not a problem. The landlady is very friendly, approachable, and she is also a big plus for this accommodation. When the accommodation is full, the internet is quite slow; in September, when we stayed practically alone in the entire complex, it worked normally. The beach in front is perhaps the worst beach on Tasos for swimming and sunbathing, and we do not recommend it. Notos is just after the town of Potos and may be the most beautiful beach on the island, costing 6 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. As for the beaches on the island, I would also recommend La Skala (15 euros per person, but that goes through consumption, more expensive but really nice beach, conditionally the most luxurious), Aphrodite or Apsos, secluded, small and beautiful, I think it is 5 or 6 euros for two. Aliki is also fine - sunbeds for two were 5 euros, Psili Amos - a beach with waves, interesting, 7 euros for two but through consumption. Marble - the entrance to the water is a beautiful blue color, but... the water is full of fine marble dust that is visible when diving, so it is not clean, there is quite a bit of dirt on the surface, it is very small and with half empty sunbeds, it was impossible to enter the water due to the crowd, and the restroom is far away. All in all, we expected much more; the price is 12 euros for two. Golden Beach is a long beach, those who like it will enjoy it, it is shallow at the beginning and suitable for children, but we personally did not like it at all, 6 or 7 euros for two. Makriamos, which is located before Marble beach, is 6 euros for two and 8 euros for two sunbeds, the second most expensive beach but essentially nice, part of a hotel, there is plenty of space between the sunbeds, it does not feel overcrowded, all in all, a nice experience. We saw Paradise Beach, turned around, and left because it was terrible (others mention the waves as an interesting detail, but there were none that day; we found them at Psili Amos). The three worst beaches in our opinion are the ones most often mentioned - Paradise, Golden, and Marble. The local restaurant Koukoutsi taverna is a must-visit in Limenarija, prices are low compared to other places, and the food is top-notch. We were thrilled. Definitely a place that locals love to visit. As for fast food, the gyros in the center, recommended by Nikana, is excellent. Be sure to drink Retzina with your meal. A lot of information, but we hope it will help someone.

Topouzis 2, a slightly older yet excellent and clean apartment with a wonderful view of the sea and ample parking space. It features a large yard. The landlady, Jana, is a pleasant and kind host. Overall, it was excellent.

We stayed in Topouzis from August 3, 2016. The accommodation is decent and exceptionally clean. The landlady is very kind and accommodating. The beach is nice; right in front of the accommodation, it is rocky, but just a few meters away, in front of the BlueView hotel, there is a sandy beach that offers a pleasant entry into the water, considering that in Limenarija, the entry is mostly rocky and paved. In any case, they have my recommendation, as it would be a shame to stay at just one beach on Thassos, and this is a great base for exploring the island.

We stayed from August 17th to 25th, my wife, daughter, and I. For someone who doesn’t spend much time in the room but rather at the beach and outings, it was quite satisfactory. The owner is friendly, just like most Greeks; after the check-in, she doesn’t disturb you anymore, but she is always there if you need anything. Of course, you take care of your own hygiene.

We stayed at the property from July 1 to July 16, 2012. The property is located right on the beach, surrounded by a spacious yard. The apartments are a ten-minute walk from Limenarija, and it takes only three minutes to reach the nearest market. The beach is suitable for children, featuring a gradual sandy entrance into the water. The apartments are even more beautiful than they appear in the pictures.
