Hotel Description

Topouzis Studios 2 is located on the beach in Limenaria, in the spacious yard, just behind the villa Topouzis 1. To the center of the city the guests can get by foot, walking along the beach. This is an affordable accommodation on a very good and quiet location.

Villa is approximately 1km away from the city center. The beach in front of the house 2km long and it has sandy and rocky parts. With a drink, the trourists can use sun beds in front of the Hotel Blue View, located next to Studios Topouzis, on the very beautiful part of the beach.

The accommodation offers five studios (30m2) on the high ground floor. All of them are triple, with two single beds and a fold out armchair. All the studios overlook the sea and have a bathroom and equipped kitchen.

The furniture and the building are renovated and well maintained. Studios have access to WiFi. Only smaller pets are allowed. Mosquito nets are on all the windows. The owners can provide a hairdryer if needed. Also, they have one washing machine that the guests can use if needed.

Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, is done every five days.

The yard is spacious so the children have a place to play and the parents can make BBQ. In the yard there are also communal showers.

Private parking is provided.

Arriving in Limenaria from the direction of Prinos, at 1km before it you’ll see the SunRay hotel on the right side of the main road. Turn to the right next to the hotel SunRay, then drive to the right by the coast for some 100m until you reach the gate.

If you don’t need a luxury accommodation and it’s important that your children have a lot of space to run and play, to be on the beach and watch the sunsets from the balcony, then Topouzis Studios is an excellent choice for you.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
