Description
Nel Centro Studios is located in the center of Limenaria, few minutes away from the beach. Apartments and rooms are fully equipped and nicely decorated. Villa is a good choice for all those who want accommodation close to the beach and the pedestrian zone.
The city beach is about 100m away, as well as the shops, bars and restaurants.
Accommodation units are located on the first and second floor. On the first floor there are one apartment, one triple studio and four twin studios. On the second floor there are the remaining three apartments, one twin and one quadruple studio.
Double studios (20m2) have two single beds. Some of them have sea view and some overlook the neighbourhood.
Triple studio (25m2) on the first floor has two single beds, a sofa bed and a street view.
Quadruple studio (28m2) has two single beds and a double bed on the gallery. It also has a partial sea view.
Apartment (32m2) on the first floor has sea view. In the bedroom there are two single beds, while a double sofa bed is in the living room. Two apartments on the second floor overlook the neighbourhood while the third one has a sea view. All of them have a bedroom with two single beds and an another single bed on the gallery, while in the living room there is a sofa bed.
All units have kitchenette, air condition, internet, TV, fridge, bathroom and a terrace. Only apartments have mosquito nets.
Cleaning is done every day, while the replacement of towels and bed linen is done after three days.
The guests can park their cars in the nearby streets.
Comming from Skala Prinos, turn right at the main intersection in Limenaria and after 80m, on the right-hand side, you will see a supermarket. Before the supermarket, there's a passage that leads to the accommodation. Nel Centro Studios is the first house on the left.
Villa is a good choice for all those who want nicely decorated accommodation in the center and close to the shops and taverns.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
