Our description
Studios Thassos is the accommodation at the end of Limenaria, between city beach and Metalia beach. It is only few minutes of walking from all the amenities. Balconies overlooks sea. The owner is very kind and helpful.
The city beach is at 500m away, while the center, restaurants and shops are at about 400m.
Two studios are on the ground floor, one next to another. Both can accommodate up to four people. The first studio (no.1) has one double, a single and a sofa bed, a bathtub in the bathroom and the terrace partially overlooking the sea and forest. The other studio (no.2) has one double bed and a sofa. Extra bed can be added but than there is less free space in the studio. The part with the double bed can be separated by a sliding door. There's a shower in the bathroom, while the terrace has a view of surrounding houses and a forest. Both studios are air-conditioned, with a kitchen, refrigerator, internet and TV.
Since the season 2018, there are two apartments available (35m2) on the second floor with a better sea view. They have a bedroom with two single beds, the living room with one double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with hot plate and small fridge, while the bathroom has a shower. The apartments are intended for 3-4 adults because there's no space for an additional bed. These units have numbers 5 and 6.
From the season 2019 there are two more apartments with sea view on the first floor (35m2). They have a bedroom with two single beds and the living room with one double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with hot plate and small fridge. The bathroom has a shower cabin. These apartments are also intended for 3-4 adults because there is no space for an additional bed and they are marked by numbers 3 and 4.
There is a hairdryer in each accommodation unit, and the owner has one iron that can be used. From the season 2019 there will also be umbrellas on the balconies.
Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, are being performed after five days.
There's no private parking, but you can park in front of the accommodation, at the extensions along the street.

Turn to the street before the church, continue straight ahead until the end of the street, then turn to the left, and after a few meters, you'll see the accommodation on the right-hand side.

Owners description
Studios Tasos is the accommodation created with the purpose of comfort, beautiful appearance and functionality. It's located in the heart of Limenaria, just opposite Palataki and just five minutes from the beach-center.
The studios are comfortable with the ability to accommodate 2-4 people each. One of two studios has a large bathtub and the other has a shower cabin with a sliding door that closes if necessary. They have a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi internet, TV, hairdryer, kettle and iron. The balconies are big and overlooking Palataki and the pine trees, equipped with a big table with four chairs.
In the attic on the second floor, there are two apartments and they have a sea view. The balconies are large and have a table and four chairs. Each apartment has one double and two single beds, each room has its own TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an option of adding a small oven (on request upon booking), A/C, WiFi internet, hairdryer, kettle, iron and a bathroom with shower cabin.
Change of bed linen and towels and cleaning of the room is done every five days. There is a parking lot right in front of the house. The beach and the center are just 300 meters away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sve što sam do sada pročitao ovde, opis i recenzije je potpuno na svom mestu. Smeštaj malo ušuškan u sporednu ulicu, tiho okruženje a glavna ulica na nekoliko stepenika. Bili smo smešteni supruga, dete i ja u Studiju broj 1. On se računa kao prizemlje, ali zbog visine zgrade, verujte da je sasvim u redu ukoliko se plašite da terasa ne bude nisko u odnosu na ulicu, to nije slučaj. Pogled je takođe vrlo fin, iako malo niže. Smeštaj je prostran i može bez problema da smesti možda još bar jednog člana porodice. Terasa i kupatilo vrlo prostrani, takođe. Gazdarica Marija je vrlo ljubazna žena i uvek dostupna. Imali smo kompletno čišćenje i zamenu posteljine i peškira na 3 dana. Studio potpuno lepo opremljen. Kuvalo, fen, pegla, TV. Internet sasvim pristojan. Može se desiti u najgorem slučaju da zafali nešto tipa viljuške ako je neko prethodno slučajno poneo a da gazdarica nije primetila da fali. Sve ostalo je tu. A verujem da i te sitnice da joj kažete da će odmah razrešiti. Sredstva za higijenu, sapune, toalet papir, sredstva za komarce i slično, nismo morali da kupujemo. Sve je obezbeđeno za sve vreme boravka. Peškiri takođe. Sve kao u hotelu. Vila ne poseduje parking ali je ulica iznad slabije prometna i ima dosta mesta za parking, pa nemate razloga za brigu. Prezadovoljni smo i sigurno ćemo se opet vratiti u ovaj smeštaj. Prednosti Opremljenost, prostranost, lokacija, čistoća, ljubaznost Mane Mogao bi se promeniti tuš u kupatilu (malo čudno baca vodu) i ubaciti neka tenda na terasi jer je valjano osunčana terasa već od 9-10 ujutru. U kasnijim popodnevnim satima nije problem, ali prepodne sunce baš ume da peče sa te istočne strane. Vidim da studio br 2 sa zapadne strane ima neko platno na terasi. Takođe, srednja noga francuskog ležaja je rasklimana pa ponekad ume da napravi čudan zvuk, kao da će krevet pasti. Ništa strašno. Krevet je udoban. Možda to može da se malo pritegne samo. Sve tri stvari su sitnice i ne utiču puno na celokupan utisak.

Vlasnica Marija je izuzetno ljubazna, uredna i posvećena. Sve preporuke za smeštaj. Lokacija je blizu centra Limenarije i pogodna za obilazak celog ostrva. Pohvale i za Nikanu, jer smo na osnovu detaljnog vodiča birali najpogodnije plaže za decu i imali sadržajan odmor (posetili smo Theologos, vodopad Kefalogourna, Giolu, Manastir Svetog Arhangela Gavrila, Palatakis). Svakako treba doći još koji put na Tasos, da bi se mogle obići sve plaže.

Kao cetvroroclana porodiva bili smo smesteni u apartmanu na poslednjem spratu, koji je sasvim komforan, sa 2 prostorije, velikom terasom sa koje je pogled na marinu. Sa druge starne se nalazi suma i zaštitini znal Limenarije, napustena zgrada nemackog rudnika. Marija je ljubazna i predusretljiva. Apartman je cistila 3x tokom naseg boravka i menjala posteljinu i peskire. Marija prodaje i maslinovo ulje po povoljnijoj ceni u odnosu na druge. A na kraju nam je poklonila i teglicu meda, sto nas je bas iznenadilo. Sve preporuke za smestaj.

Bili smo u ovom smestaju u Julu 2023, apartman broj 6, na drugom spratu. Vila je na odlicnoj lokaciji, terasa je velika i ima odlican pogled na more, terasa mi je bas prijala, Apartman je uredan i cist, solidan, Objekat je stariji ali je sve renovirano i vrlo je uredno. Meni je samo smetalo sto je apartman na II spratu i veoma je toplo, klima ulazi naravno u cenu i mozete je koristiti.
