Our first vacation in Thassos will undoubtedly remain a cherished memory, largely due to this accommodation. At first glance, it appears to be a modest apartment with a spacious bathroom and terrace. However, you soon realize that it has everything you need (soap, toilet paper, towels, mosquito repellent, a new sponge, dish detergent...). All of this is thanks to the kind landlady, Maria, who cleaned the room twice and completely changed the linens and towels during our nine-night stay. The location is excellent, close to the center. The only inconvenience for us was the evening outings and returns from walks, as we had a baby in a stroller, and there were stairs each time... All in all, a clean and comfortable accommodation, with a helpful landlady.

We spent a wonderful eight nights in this accommodation! All praises for the cleanliness and regular maintenance of hygiene in the facility! The accommodation was perfectly arranged... towels, bed linens, two pillows for each family member, a mosquito repellent device, screens on every window, dishwashing liquid, sponge, kitchen towels, soap... we received all of this for our use... I almost forgot to mention the most important thing: the view from the terrace of apartment number 3 is unreal; we enjoyed sipping our morning coffee! Everything I have read here so far, the description and reviews, are completely on point. The accommodation is slightly tucked away in a side street, surrounded by a quiet environment, while the main street is just a few steps away. My wife, child, and I were accommodated in Studio number 1. It is considered a ground floor, but due to the height of the building, believe me, it is perfectly fine if you are worried that the terrace might be low in relation to the street; that is not the case. The view is also quite nice, albeit a bit lower. The accommodation is spacious and can easily accommodate at least one more family member. The terrace and bathroom are also very spacious. The landlady, Marija, is a very kind woman and always available. We had complete cleaning and a change of linens and towels every three days. The studio is fully nicely equipped. There is a kettle, hairdryer, iron, and TV. The internet is quite decent. In the worst case, it might happen that something like a fork is missing if someone took it by accident and the landlady didn't notice. Everything else is there. And I believe that she would resolve those little things immediately if you told her. Hygiene supplies, soaps, toilet paper, mosquito repellents, and similar items were provided, so we didn't have to buy anything. Everything was ensured for the entire duration of our stay. Towels were also provided. Everything is like in a hotel. The villa does not have parking, but the street above is less busy and has plenty of parking spaces, so you have no reason to worry. We are extremely satisfied and will surely return to this accommodation. Pros Equipment, spaciousness, location, cleanliness, kindness Cons The shower in the bathroom could be changed (it oddly splashes water) and a canopy could be added to the terrace since the terrace is well-sunned from 9-10 in the morning. In the later afternoon hours, it is not a problem, but the morning sun can be quite harsh from that eastern side. I see that studio number 2 on the western side has some fabric on the terrace. Also, the middle leg of the French bed is wobbly and sometimes makes a strange noise, as if the bed is going to fall. Nothing terrible. The bed is comfortable. Maybe it just needs to be tightened a bit. All three issues are minor and do not significantly affect the overall impression.

Owner Maria is exceptionally kind, tidy, and dedicated. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. The location is close to the center of Limenarija and convenient for exploring the entire island. Kudos also to Nikana, as we selected the most suitable beaches for children based on a detailed guide and had a fulfilling vacation (we visited Theologos, the Kefalogourna waterfall, Giolu, the Monastery of Saint Archangel Gabriel, and Palatakis). It is certainly worth returning to Thassos to visit all the beaches.

As a family of four, we were accommodated in a penthouse apartment that is quite comfortable, featuring two rooms and a large terrace overlooking the marina. On the other side, there is a forest and the protected site of Limenarije, an abandoned German mine building. Maria is kind and accommodating. She cleaned the apartment three times during our stay and changed the linens and towels. Maria also sells olive oil at a more favorable price compared to others. At the end of our stay, she even gifted us a jar of honey, which truly surprised us. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

We stayed at this accommodation in July 2023, apartment number 6, on the second floor. The villa is situated in an excellent location, the terrace is spacious and offers a wonderful view of the sea, which I found very enjoyable. The apartment is tidy and clean, quite decent. The building is older, but everything has been renovated and is very well maintained. The only drawback for me was that the apartment is on the second floor and it gets quite warm; the air conditioning is included in the price and can be used.

My husband and I stayed in September 2022 and we were extremely satisfied. Mrs. Marija is very kind and meticulous; she changed our linens every three days and cleaned thoroughly. We spent 12 nights in accommodation that is close to the center, yet the noise was inaudible. Nearby, there is a large pine forest, and just below it, a beautiful beach named Metalija is only a 10-minute walk away, to which we returned three times. Even though we arrived by car, you can buy oil and homemade brandy from Marija. She is always smiling and available for anything you might need. Our warm recommendations! ❤️❤️❤️

The accommodation is top-notch, comfortable, featuring an excellent terrace with a stunning view (we stayed on the first floor). Upon entering the apartment, everything awaits you for a delightful start to your vacation, including a sunshade and dish detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, and mosquito repellents (in case you haven't used the nets available on all windows and doors). The owner, Maria, is a true gem. She cleans the apartments every three days, changes towels and bed linens (and even neatly arranges any laundry left out). If you need anything, simply send her a message on Viber, and she responds within minutes (if not immediately).

The apartment we stayed in is beautiful, far more stunning than in the pictures, and more spacious. The terrace is perfectly adequate for a family of four, boasting a magnificent view of the pine forest and the sea. That part of Limenaria is wonderfully tranquil – which suited us perfectly. We always had parking right at the entrance to the building. The owner of the apartment, Maria, is wonderful! Kind, always available, patient, and extremely professional. The apartment is cleaned every three days, and the linens and towels are changed. THE OWNER EVEN TIDIED AND ORGANIZED THE CHILDREN'S CLOTHES that had been scattered that day! ALL PRAISES FOR HER AND THE APARTMENT! Highly recommended! When we vacation on Thassos next time, we will choose EXCLUSIVELY MARIA and THE SAME APARTMENT. WE ARE MORE THAN SATISFIED. Last year, during the same period, we stayed at Studio Metaxas, and they were quite okay, but incomparable to Maria and her apartments.

The accommodation is excellent, although the apartment is advertised for 4 people, it is actually not suitable for that many, even though it has two separate rooms; it is more appropriate for 2, at most 3 people, due to its slightly smaller size. This information might be useful for someone. The terrace is wonderful; specifically, ours was in the sun during the day, but that was not an issue for us since we weren't there at that time. It is truly a pleasure to sit on the terrace and gaze at the sea, as there is always a serene silence. Perhaps the only downside of the accommodation is that when returning from the town, the place is situated quite high, which means you will get a good leg workout every time you walk to town or to get bread or anywhere else :) The landlady is exceptionally kind; she changed our linens and towels every 3-4 days, cleaned, took out the trash, and replaced the toilet paper. Honestly, we didn't expect her to do most of these things; we thought we would have to handle them ourselves. We parked our car right in front of the house without any issues. There was always hot water available, and we showered at various times. I really can't comment on the comfort of the bed because I would fall asleep even if they put me on a rock; I was completely fine with it :) A few nights we turned on the air conditioning because it was hot, and it works excellently since it is new. The wi-fi signal was quite decent. The town of Limenarija did not impress me as it lacks any energy; literally, we went out to Potos almost 7 out of 10 days. But that has nothing to do with the accommodation :)

Essentially, the accommodation is situated in an excellent location, just below Palatakia, but on a hill, which allows for a beautiful view of the harbor and the sea from the terraces on the upper floors (apartments). Although the view of the sea from the ground floor is obstructed by other buildings, one can certainly see at least the greenery on the hill around Palatakia. The building is older, renovated in such a way that everything appears quite decent. The landlady is a kind woman, and we had our linens and towels changed several times (3-4). There are some minor shortcomings, but as you can see, they did not affect the overall rating. There is no boiler, only solar water heating, so there is no hot water in the evening. In the apartment we stayed in, which is meant for 4 people, there were only 2 knives, for example. There is no awning on the terrace, so you cannot stay outside from 10-11 in the morning, and then again after 19-20h. Throughout the entire property, as well as in the apartment, there is a rather strong smell of incense, which some may find pleasant, but I personally did not, though you quickly get used to it. You have to provide your own toilet paper as they do not change it. The mattresses are, in my opinion, of very poor quality (with springs) and too soft, which did not suit us at all. However, all these things are minor details that one can easily adapt to, and they did not diminish the overall rating. The WiFi was good.
