Description
Maria Apartment offers to the guests a spacious and fully equipped duplex apartment with sea view. It is located in the center of Limenaria, close to the beach, pedestrian zone and shops. In the kitchen there is a stove which is not so common.
Villa is at 100m from the city beach, 130m from the nearest supermarket and about 150m from the beginning of promenade around 300m. Near the Limenaria there are a lot of famous beaches that you can visit during your stay, such as Metalia, Tripiti and Atspas.
This is one duplex apartment on the second floor, overlooking the sea. There is a double bed in one of the bedrooms and three single beds in the other rooms, each with one terrace. The bathroom is large and has a bath, and the kitchen is equipped with a stove and fridge. The apartment is designed for up to six people, five adults and one child to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has AC and TV.
For online reservations are available also two double and four triple studios locted on the ground floor or first floor. Only units on the first floor have sea view. These studios have either double or single beds, bathroom with a shower and a curtain and an equipped kitchen with small fridge, hot plates and kettle.
All units in the villa have AC, internet, TV and mosquito nets.
Cleaning and the change of sheets and towels are beion done every five days.
Guests can find parking space in the near by streets.
Arriving from the direction of Prinos, turn right when you pass Zagos rent-a-car. As soon as you get down the downhill, at the turn on the left side you will see Maria Apartment.
The accommodation is a good choice for all those who are looking for the spacious apartment with sea view and close to the beach.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
