Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Maria Apartment is an accommodation located not far from the beach and the town center, so the first souvenir shops, restaurants, and stores are within walking distance.
The accommodation is 100m away from the city beach, 130m from the nearest supermarket, and about 300m from the beginning of the promenade. Near Limenaria, there are many other famous beaches that you can visit during your stay, such as Tripiti, Metalia, and Atspas.
It is a two-level apartment on the second floor, overlooking the sea. One bedroom has a French bed, while the other room has three single beds, each leading to a terrace. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub, and the kitchen is equipped with a stove and a refrigerator. The apartment is designed for up to six people, five adults and one child who would sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a television and air conditioning.
There are also four triple and two double studios located on the ground floor and the first floor.
On the ground floor, there are two triple studios, number 5 which has one French bed and one single bed, and upon request, the owners can add an additional extra bed, and number 6 which has two connected single beds and one separate single bed.
On the first floor, there are four units. The double studio number 1 has two connected single beds, and the double studio number 3 has one French bed. The triple studios under numbers 2 and 4 are similarly furnished, each having one French and one single bed.
Of these, only the units on the first floor have a sea view.
All studios have a bathroom with a shower cabin and curtain, as well as a kitchen equipped with a hob, kettle, and a small refrigerator.
All units have air conditioning, internet, television, and mosquito nets.
Cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are done every five days.
Guests can find a parking spot in nearby streets.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right as soon as you pass the Zagos rent-a-car. As you descend the hill, at the left turn, you will see Maria Apartment.
