Hotel Description

Emi Villa offers affordable studios and apartments located not far from the center of Limenaria and the large city beach, so it can be an ideal solution if you decide to spend your vacation on Thassos. A large number of popular sandy beaches are located close by.

Accommodation is located 500m from the big city beach and about 100m from the nearest supermarket. The center of Limenaria with all the taverns, promenade and souvenir shops is about 200m away.

There are four studios available (one double, one triple, and two quadruple) and one apartment, all of which have a view of the courtyard and the street. All units are located on the high ground floor, except for one quadruple studio, which is located on the first floor.

One double studio has only one queen bed, while the triple studio has a queen bed and a pull-out armchair. One quadruple studio (on the floor) has a queen bed and two single beds, while the other (on the ground floor) has a queen bed, single bed, and a pull-out armchair.

The quadruple studios have kitchens located in the hallway and are only accessible to guests of those units, who also receive a key to their kitchens.

The apartment has two rooms, two air conditioners, and two entrances. This unit can be entered from the room with the beds and kitchen, as well as from the bedroom, making it an ideal choice for families and couples seeking privacy. The rooms are connected by a hallway within the apartment where the bathroom is located.

The owners live on the premises.

All units have air conditioning, internet access, kitchen, bathroom, TV, terrace, and mosquito nets. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain, while the kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator (small or large), stove, and kettle. Pets are allowed (upon request).

Cleaning and towel change are done every four days, while bed linen is changed every five days.

Guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation.

Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left at the main intersection in Limenaria and continue driving straight towards the interior of the place. After about 50 meters, you will see Emi Villa on the left side of the road.

The accommodation is a good choice for those looking for affordable studios and apartments in the center of a larger place.

The place is relatively quiet, and the location is good. The accommodation and the restroom are satisfactory, but I have no specific complaints regarding the room itself.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
