Our description
Emi Villa offers affordable studios and apartments located not far from the center of Limenaria and the large city beach, so it can be an ideal solution if you decide to spend your vacation on Thassos. A large number of popular sandy beaches are located close by.
Accommodation is located 500m from the big city beach and about 100m from the nearest supermarket. The center of Limenaria with all the taverns, promenade and souvenir shops is about 200m away.
The villa offers four studios (one double, two three-bed and one four-bed) and one apartment with a view of the courtyard and the street. All units are located on the upper ground floor, except for one three-bed studio located on the first floor.
One double-bed studio has only one double bed, while the three-bed studio on the ground floor has a double bed and a sofa bed. The three-bed studio on the first floor has one double bed and one single bed, and the four-bed studio studio has one double bed and one single bed, with a sofa bed.
The four-bed studio and the three-bed studio on the first floor have kitchens located in the corridor, which are accessible only to the guests of those units, who also receive a key to their kitchens.
The apartment has two rooms, two air conditioners and two entrances. This unit can be accessed from the room where the beds and kitchen are located, as well as from the bedroom, so it is an ideal choice for families with older children or couples who want privacy. The rooms are connected by a hallway inside the apartment where the bathroom is.
The owners live in the accommodation.
All units have air conditioning, internet access. kitchen, bathroom, TV, terrace and mosquito nets. The bathrooms have shower with curtain, while the kitchens are fully equipped and have a refrigerator (smaller or larger), hot plates and kettle. Pets are allowed upon request.
Cleaning and the change of towel are done every four days, while bed linen is changed every five days.
Guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation.
Coming from Prinos, turn left at the main intersection in Limenaria and continue driving straight. After about 50m you will see Villa Emi on the left side of the road.

Owners description
Emi Villa is located in Limenaria. Coming from the direction of Prinos, at the main intersection turn left and then after 85m turn left again. You will soon see the house on your left side. The owners live in the villa.
There are two double studios on the first floor. In one of them an extra bed can be added. On the same floor there is also one apartment with a double and two single beds. There are also two triple studios available.
Cleaning and the change of linen and towels are being done in the middle of the stay.
Guests can find parking space in nearby streets.
The villa is at about 400m from the big city beach, while the little one is closer. The center is easily reached by foot and there are all shops, taverns, bars and promenade (200m).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
