Owners description
Emi Villa is located in Limenaria. Coming from the direction of Prinos, at the main intersection turn left and then after 85m turn left again. You will soon see the house on your left side. The owners live in the villa.
There are two double studios on the first floor. In one of them an extra bed can be added. On the same floor there is also one apartment with a double and two single beds. There are also two triple studios available.
Cleaning and the change of linen and towels are being done in the middle of the stay.
Guests can find parking space in nearby streets.
The villa is at about 400m from the big city beach, while the little one is closer. The center is easily reached by foot and there are all shops, taverns, bars and promenade (200m).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovanje, zanima me imate li studio sa bračnim ležajem i jednim singl krevetom (dete od 3 godine spava sa nama u krevetu) u periodu od 15.07. do 25.07. i koja je cena. Hvala.
