Our description
Toula House is located in the center of Limenaria, in a street that is parallel to the promenade and is just a few minutes walk from the big city beach. The units are spacious, nicely decorated and clean.
The villa is in the center, so the nearest supermarket and bakery are only 50m away. The city beach is 200m away from the accommodation.
It offers one studio and one apartment and both accommodation units are located on the first floor. The apartment has a partial sea view, while the studio overlooks the street.
The apartment (around 42m2) has two rooms with one double bed each. Within one of the rooms, there is a kitchen that is equipped and has a large refrigerator and hob. Both rooms open onto a large balcony that has a partial sea view. The air conditioning is located only in one room where is no kitchen. The bathroom has a shower without a curtain.
The studio is slightly smaller (around 32m2) and has one double bed and a sofa bed for two children. The kitchen is equipped and has a large fridge and hob. The bathroom has a shower without a curtain. The studio has an even larger terrace than the apartment but has a view of the opposite side, or the street.
Towels and bed linen are replacing in the middle of the stay as well as cleaning.
There is no private parking and guests can find a parking space in the nearby streets.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, 130m after the main crossroad in Limenaria, turn right. Drive straight for another 60m and turn right again, after which you will see this accommodation on the left (50m after the last turn).
Accommodation is a good choice for all those looking for accommodation in the city center, close to promenades, shops and restaurants.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
