Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Accommodation Amaryllis Studios is located less than 150m from one of the most popular sandy beaches on the island - Golden Beach. It is completely new, beautifully and modernly decorated accommodation with spacious units, offering private parking to its guests.
The first market is 500m away from the accommodation.
Amaryllis Studios has eight accommodation units, four on the high ground floor and four on the first floor.
High ground floor:
The high ground floor features two quadruple apartments and two triple studios (23m2). The apartments (30m2) consist of a separate bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a double bed, along with a kitchen and a bathroom. One triple studio consists of a sofa and a double bed, while the other one has a double bed with the possibility of adding an extra, non-standard third bed.
First floor:
On the first floor, there is one double studio (23m2) equipped with a (king size) double bed. A baby cot can be added to this studio, but not an extra bed, as there is not enough space. Two triple studios, which consist of one double and one single bed. The large apartment (42m) for up to six people has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sofa, and a kitchen in the living room. This apartment has one bathroom, two air conditioners, and two TVs. The kitchen is well-equipped.
Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed every third day, and bed linen every fourth day.
In the back of the yard, there is a built-in barbecue with a shared kitchen, and next to the house, there is a small parking space reserved for the guests of Amaryllis and Avra Studios.
It is very easy to find, if you are coming from Skala Potamia, you need to turn right after Villa Almyra. The first building is Villa Avra, and next to it is Villa Amaryllis.
I would recommend Studios Amaryllis to anyone looking for completely new and high-quality accommodation with a beautiful environment, very neat and clean, equipped with beautiful and modern furniture, spacious terraces, parking, and a yard for relaxation, in a quiet street near the sandy beach.
