Our description
Lena Apartments is located in the quiet area of Limenaria, and it offers to the guests nicely decorated apartments with spacious yard and BBQ.
The city beach is 250m away, the center about 450m, and the nearest supermarket about 200m away.
Lena Apartments is a house renovated in 2017 that consists of three apartments on the high ground floor. One apartment is triple and it’s located on the front side of the house, while the other two are quadruple and they’re located on the back of the house. All are air-conditioned, with internet, TV and a bathroom.
The apartment Matina has a street view. It has one double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed and kitchen in the living room. The balcony is small and it’s a pass-way to the yard and the other two apartments.
Apartment Thalia has a garden view. In bedroom are two connected single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition to the standard equipment, there’s also an oven in the kitchen. The bedroom has the exit on the balcony facing the yard.
Apartment Georgia is located next to apartment Thalia and the entrance is from the yard. It has one double bed in the bedroom, a sofa and an extra bed with a standard mattress in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and large fridge. The balcony has a garden view.
Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, is performed every third day.
The yard is spacious and fenced, so it’s ideal for children, with a barbecue area for the guests.
The villa doesn’t have a private parking, but there is a public parking lot across from it.
After entering Limenaria arriving from the direction of Prinos, turn left to the street next to the Menel Hotel. Then turn to the first street right and 50m later you’ll see the accommodation.
Villa is a good choice for families and friends who are looking for the accommodation in the quiet area.

The complex is situated in Limenaria, is located 500m far from the beach. There we have two apartments and one studio. All of our apartments/studios have a terrace. In Lena Apartments Limenaria, you can relax in the beautiful courtyard and take advantage of the outdoor barbecue where you can prepare dishes for you and your loved ones.
The triple apartment (Matina) has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small living room with a sofa-bed and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The apartment also features a small kitchen space with a kitchenette and refrigerator inside the living room. The apartment can accommodate up to three adults.
The apartment (Thalia) layout consists of an open space kitchen, a small living room, one bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom features a double bed and there is also a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen features a kitchenette, refrigerator and various other utensils, there is also a dining table and chairs. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.
The apartment (Georgia) layout consists of a kitchen, a small living room, one bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom features a double bed and there is also a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, refrigerator, and various other utensils, there is also a dining table and chairs. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Da li imate slobodan cetvorokrevetni apartman u terminu od 16.07-26.07 - 10 nocenja, dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece 11 i 12 god, koja je cena i nacin rezervacije, imate li parking, klimu i da li se sve to dodatno naplacuje, hvala.

Potpuna katastrofa.Procitajte i ostala misljenja sa kojim se slazem ali recimo ovako....kuca se nalazi od glavnog puta 80-100 metara a iza kuce je gradiliste.Ujutro dolaze kamioni i utovaraju pesak i beli kamen (prasina je nemoguca),u kuci mnogo stvari ne rade (od ringli,posudja,vrata itd) a o cistoci necu ni da pricam.Imate jedan orman koji stoji u kuhinji pored sporeta,kreacija "vrata" od kupatila je neverovatna (kao da ih ni nema),nemate privatnost iako ste uzeli "deo kuce" jer ljudi koji zive pored prolaze kroz vase dvoriste a komsijska deca se igraju u vasem dvoristu.Sve je prljavo i zapusteno (stolice i sto u dvoristu,trave i korova koliko zelite,polomljen suncobran i virtuozna resenja oko struje u dvoristu gde na zemlji pored rostilja (koji je uzasan) stoji ne obezbedjena ziva struja (mi smo to izolovali da neko dete ne stane na zicu i popravili-vezali suncobran da nekog ne ubije).Gazdarica je bila jednom 6 dan kada smo otisli u Nikanu da pitamo da li ce nam zameniti peskire i posteljin (kaze taman je krenula).Kada smo dosli odmah smo otisli do Nikane u Potos da se zalimo ali naravno u avgustu nismo mogli nigde da nadjemo drugi smestaj za nas 6-storo pa smo uz njihovu pomoc naterali gazdaricu da sredi kuci koliko moze i ne rado prihvatili smestaj.Donela je vesalice,sijalice i sredstva za ciscenje i "sredila" malo kucu a mi smo popravili stolicu,zamenili sijalice i sredili sve ostalo.Ne zelite da vam odmor pocne na taj nacin tako da ne mogu preporuciti ovaj smestaj nikome.Zameram Nikani na slikama koje su postavili na sajt koje ne odgovaraju pravom stanju a mislim da bi trebali obici smestaje koje oglasavaju da bi se izbegle ovakve situacije.

Kao sto sam i rekla u agenciji Nikana u Potosu, nisam dosla odmah prvi dan da ukazem na lose strane ovog apartmana, ali posto me vec pitate, na ovaj nacin, reci cu sledece: - lokacija apartmana je odlicna, u mirnom delu, daleko od buke, a opet sve relativno blizu i to je to. - higijena uzasna, pocevsi od prasine, koja je bila "dva prsta debela", do prljavog kupatila, i buba po kuhinjskim elementima, posudju, koje je bilo uzasno prljavo. Rernu nisam ni zelela da otvaram, ringle necu ni da komentarisem. Dvoriste malo zapusteno sa plasticnim stolicama koje su polomljene, kao i suncobran. Posudje u kuhinji jako oskudno i prljavo. Sve u svemu, jedina dobra strana je lokacija. Sledeci put cemo vise voditi racuna o biranju apartmana, jer svaka skola se placa. Naravno, posto se slike ovde ne mogu postavljati, iste cu poslati Nikani, jer sm slikala nakon ulaska u "cist"apartman. Prosto da se uvere i sami, jer je ovo i ma njihov racun, jer slike koje postavi Nikana, uzivo nisu bas takve Nikani hvala
