Casa Ideale 3 Apartment offers to the guests a spacious three-bedroom apartment. Accommodation is modernly decorated and a good choice for tourists who want accommodation in the center of Limenaria but in a quiet location.
Accommodation is located at a distance of 150m from the nearest supermarket and 350m from the town center and pedestrian zone. Gradska plaža is 400m away from the villa.
VIlla offers one apartment on the first floor which has an area of 115m2 and three bedrooms. In one of them there are two single beds, while the other two have double beds. Rooms with double beds also have access to the terrace. One is smaller and has a mountain view, while the other is larger, has a view of the yard and is accessable both from one bedroom and from the living room. There are a bathtub and a washing machine in the bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and has a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and exits to a small terrace at the back of the house overlooking the street and the mountain. In the living room there are a corner sofa, TV and air conditioner.
Cleaning and the change of the towels and bed linen are being done every four days.
Guests can find parking space in the nearby streets.
Coming from Prinos, turn left 130m after passing the main crossroads in Limenaria. Drive pass the Koukoutsi Tavern and then take the first right. You will see villa Casa Ideale on the right side of the road.
The apartment is an ideal option for larger groups looking for modern and spacious accommodation near the center.

Casa Ideale is set in Limenaria. It is situated 150 metres from the center and it is very close to the beach and the shops. It is an apartment for 8 persons.
This apartment is fitted with 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee machine, toaster, boiler, washing machine and a big bathroom. Guest can also relax in the shares lounge area.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Domacini (narocito Jana) su nadmasili nasa ocekivanja. U smestaju je bilo apsolutno svega sto je potrebno jednom domacinstvu za normalno funkcionisanje. Veoma cisto, uredno, prostrano i prijatno- osecali smo se kao kod kuce. Jana je jedna dusa od coveka, uputila nas je na neke plaze, gradice, barove i taverne koje bi bilo lepo posetiti. Smestaj je na odlicnoj lokaciji-blizu setalista i plaze.
