The house is situated in a quiet area, approximately 2 km away from the sea. The tranquility and peace are undoubtedly advantages, but there are several aspects to consider. The bathroom is located outside the main part of the house and can be accessed from the terrace, which may be inconvenient, especially at night or during bad weather. The sunlit area of the yard is covered with small pebbles, which intensifies the feeling of heat, while the shaded part under the vine has become overgrown with grass and is not well-maintained. Upon arrival, we found dirty towels in the washing machine, which left a poor first impression. During our 6-day stay, no one came to clean or replace the linens and towels, which is neither customary nor pleasant. Additionally, it is important to note that when the house is locked and the electricity card is removed, the entire house loses power. This means that the refrigerator does not function while you are away, so food and drinks will not remain chilled if you are absent for the whole day.

This property, situated in Kalyvia (just 2 minutes by car from Limenaria), is perfect for a large family like ours. It offers tranquility and comfort, surrounded by exceptionally kind local residents. Within a mere minute's walk, you will find a children's playground and a charming square featuring a delightful supermarket and a couple of taverns. The hosts are incredibly gracious, polite, and accommodating. The house boasts a lovely garden and a spacious kitchen equipped with a comfortable dining table for your family to enjoy. WiFi and TV will keep your children entertained while you and your wife savor a fine wine on the terrace. In terms of location, it is ideally situated for exploring the southern and western parts of the island, which are home to stunning beaches such as Trypiti, Platanes, Notos, Salonikios, and many more.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
