Owner description
Irene apartment is fully equipped house, located in a small village of Kalivia, 2 km from the sea.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sofa in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator. The house is ideal for families with children or for two couples. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Kuća ima toalet na terasi,kuhinja puna mrava,ormani,podovi prljavi,niko nije došao da promeni posteljinu i zaboravili su da kažu kćerki da su uzeli ostatak para(za koje nismo dobili priznanicu)pa mi je tražila pare opet.

Kuća se nalazi na oko 2km od gradske plaže i šetališta, na mirnoj i tihoj lokaciji. U okolini nema turista već samo lokalci. Komšije su divne, svi su jako ljubazni. Vlasnici smeštaja su takođe vrlo ljubazni, vrlo predusretljivi.
