Owner description
This very sunny apartment is very well located. Everything you need is nearby - markets, bakery, beach bar and the nearest beach is less than 100m away.
It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons, which is in the living room. One extra bed can also be put in, as well as a baby cot upon request.
The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer, two hotplates, a toaster, a coffee and espresso machine and a kettle. Also, there are all necessary dishes such as pots, plates, spoons, forks, etc.
The bathroom has a shower and hygiene products.
This apartment is completely new and excellently equipped.
It has a small veranda, chairs and a table and a small children's playground located in the yard. Guests also have a barbecue at their disposal.

Discount
For reservations in 4 Bed Apartment, for period from 07.09.2024 to 30.09.2024, there is a discounted price of 55 euros per day.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Veoma lep i nov apartman u samom centru, na minut od plaze. Apartman poseduje sve sto je potrebno, gazdarica Niki je jako ljubazna kao i njen muž i jako su predusretljivi. Stigli smo ranije nego što je bilo očekivano vreme prijavljivanja, ali su nas vlasnici jako prijatno ugostili dok se naš apartman čistio. Bili su nam na raspolaganju kada nam je god to bilo potrebno i uvek je to bilo prijatno sa njihove strane(prosto ste kod njih dobrodošli). Peškire su nam menjali na dva dana. Zadovoljni smo i uvek bi se ponovo vratili.

Imate li slobodan apartman za period od 5-12.8. Dvoje odraslih i dijete, 14 god. Cijena? Lijep pozdrav.

Apartman je nov ,sređen ali po mom mišljenju nije za četiri odrasle osobe.Vlasnici kako fini i ljubazni. Ogroman minus jer nam posteljina nije promenjena u toku boravka .

Sve je prelepo. Gazde su divni ljudi, lokacija i smestaj super. Dolazimo opet kod njih sigurno 😄

Poštovani, Zainteresovani smo za smeštaj Ann-Mari Deluxe Apartment, Limenaria, Tasos, u periodu 26.08-06.09. 20023. za tri odrasle osobe i, po mogućnosti, našeg kućnog ljubimca, maltezera. Nema podatka o tome da li ljubazni domaćini dozvoljavaju kućne ljubimce. Nama bi veoma značilo.
