Ann-Mari Deluxe Apartment is a newer accommodation that offers its guests a certain level of privacy, as there is only one apartment available where you would be the sole guests. The gracious owners are always available for any questions and uncertainties.

This accommodation is located in Limenaria, 120m from the beach. The first bakery and shop are at distances of 70m and 100m, respectively.

It is a modernly equipped apartment located on the ground floor (38m2) and features a separate bedroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, while in the living room, there is a sofa bed. In the part where the living room is located, there is also a tea kitchen, where you can find an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and a large refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower cabin with a glass partition.

This apartment has air conditioning, a TV, internet access, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets. It is possible to get a baby cot, but it needs to be mentioned before making the reservation. In front of the entrance to the accommodation, there is a seating area and this unit overlooks the street.

In the yard, there is a built-in barbecue that guests can use, as well as a few toys for the youngest visitors.

From the 2025 season, there is a private parking, so a parking space is guaranteed for the guests.

Cleaning, towel, and linen change are done every fifth day upon guests’ request.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
