Our description
Kaiti Studios is located in quiet part of Limenaria, at the entrance of the village. It is new and modern accommodation with comfort family studios and apartment. Hygiene is in very high level. From the center it is only 10 minutes walking.
Until center of Limenaria, there is 800m. Villa is about 300m from the city beach. Beach is sandy and organized. Metalia beach is 1km away.
Kaiti offers four units- two maisonettes, one studio and one apartment.
The entrance for maisonettes is from the garden. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa which becomes big double bed. There is also a kitchen and dinning table with chairs. On the floor, there is a big bathroom and a bedroom with double bed. Both maisonettes are the same. The bedroom opens to a big balcony with great panoramic view. Maisonettes have around 57m2.
Studio and apartment are semi-based and with separate entrances. Both have one double bed and one corner sofa, but apartment has separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Also there are kitchen and bathroom. Both have about 30m2.
Cleaning and the change of linen and towels are being done every other day.
Guests can enjoy nice garden and use barbecue when they need it. Garden is small and paved and most of the time during the day is in shadow.
Private parking is provided.
Coming from Prinos turn left at the sign for the hotell Descovery. Continue driving streight uphill and after 150m you will see Kaiti Studios on the right side of the road.
If you're searching for a quality accommodation, a bit away from the city center in a quiet place, Kaiti can be good choice. From the city center it's only a minute by car and ten minutes by foot.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je super. Vrlo prostran i komforan za 4 osobe. Super je i sto ima dve terase (cesce smo sedeli ispred samog ulaza ali je terasa na spratu ogromna) Vlasnici i zene koje odrzavaju su jako ljibazni i nenametljivi.

Loš smeštaj sa lošim wifiem.1.Čekao sa dvoje maloletne dece da udjem u smeštaj više od sat vremena od dogovorenog vremena ulaska.2.Jednom menjani Peškiri za 10dana.2.Mravi svuda po smeštaju.3.Pauci tri puta ubijao velike pauke.4.Jednom spreman apartman za 10dana.5.Loš krevet inprovizovano pravljeni krevet na kojem se ne može spavati!!!!! 6.Aparat za grejanje Vode ostavljen pun Budji-smrad katastrofa!!! 7.Ne opremljenost Kuhinje od pribora za jelo do šerpe.Nemogućnost spremanja doručka u Kuhinji.

Odlican smestaj za grcke uslove,veoma komforan,plaza ispred vile je izuzetno uska,ulaz u more prepun kamenja,za bilo koju bolju plazu treba vam automobil,grad je udaljen oko 800 m,ali je izuzetno tiho i mirno uvece,idwalno za pravi odmor,a i jutra sa pogledom na more i uz prvu jutarnju kafu su nezaboravna
