Accommodation description

Eleonas House is situated in the village of Kalivia, near Limenaria, surrounded by olive groves, rich greenery, and clean air. The nearest beach is approximately 2km away.

The four-bed apartment is located on the floor, in the attic of the building. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Guests have at their disposal in the kitchen a mini stove with an oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as complete tableware and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower tub with a curtain, while the balcony offers a view of the surrounding olive groves.

On the ground floor, there is a new triple-bed apartment that includes a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa suitable for one person (child). The kitchen is equipped with a standard refrigerator, two hotplates, and an electric kettle. In front of the apartment, there is a seating area with a table and chairs.

The apartments (45m2) are equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets.

Guests are provided with a parking space and a shared barbecue in the yard.

Pets are allowed upon prior request.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
