Eleonas House is located in a tranquil part of the village of Kalivia, surrounded by olive groves, lush vegetation, and fresh air. This cozy apartment is situated on the first floor of the villa. It features one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
