These recently built studios have been created with special care, providing guests with a spacious, luxurious, and comfortable experience, just 250m away from the nearest beach.

The Queen Studios feature a French bed and a sofa, making them an ideal choice for families with one child up to 12 years old. Each studio of this type is equipped with a kitchenette and a modern bathroom with luxurious amenities and a rain shower for a spa-like experience.

For those seeking a more intimate atmosphere, the Standard Studio on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard is suitable for two people. This cozy studio is equipped with luxurious amenities, including a French bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The accommodation units have a TV and air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, a kitchenette (for preparing light meals) with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle. Queen Studios have two burners, while the Standard Studio has an electric stove with one burner. The bathroom has a shower cabin without a bathtub with a glass partition.

Queen Studios have a balcony with a side view of the sea and surrounding mountains, while the Standard Studio has a veranda overlooking the courtyard.

The courtyard is fenced, with a lawn at the back. Parking is available within the courtyard.

Pets are not allowed. Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
