Accommodation description

The Athistepa apartment is located in Limenaria, on the way to Kalivia. The nearest market is only a hundred meters away from the accommodation, while the beach is located at a distance of 1km. It has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the living room/kitchen, there is a sofa on which one person can sleep or two younger children, making the apartment capacity up to five or six people. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for meal preparation, including a kettle, coffee maker, oven, and refrigerator. The bathroom features a shower with a curtain. There is a large balcony overlooking the sea from a distance, while each bedroom has a smaller balcony overlooking the courtyard/street. Cleaning, bed linen, and towel replacement are done every three days. Guests can park their vehicle in front of the accommodation or in nearby streets, where there is usually space available.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
