Hotel Description

Green Villa is a new accommodation on a peaceful location in Limenas, which offers to its guests complete privacy since it is only one accommodation unit. City center and first shops are in the vicinity, within the walking distance.

Accommodation is located in the quiet part of Limenas, 950m from the city center. City beach is at 1km, while the first market is at 400m. If you want to visit Vournelis, Tarsanas or Nisteri beach, they are about 1,3km and 2,1km away from the accommodation.

Green Villa is a ground floor house, equipped with one double and one single bed with the possibility of an extra bed that is pulled out from the single bed (trundle bed). This studio can accommodate two adults and two small children because the size of the unit is about 25m2. Also, we have to mention that the space shrinks if trundle bed is pulled out for the 4th person. Studio has completely equipped kitchen, coffee machine and washing machine.

Cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen are done every fourth day.

In the yard, there’s a sitting area for the guests to enjoy. Accommodation doesn’t have its own parking, but you can leave the car on one of the public parking spaces in Limenas.

If you are seeking for a accommodation where you will be the only guests, near the center, Green Villa can be a good choice.

Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
