This property offers two accommodation units, both designed as maisonettes, accommodating up to six guests each.

On the first level (ground floor), there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The second level (first floor) includes a living room with a dining table and a toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds.

Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby crib and a high chair are available.

The air-conditioned units feature climate control in the living room and all bedrooms. Guests have access to free WiFi, a TV with Netflix streaming service, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathrooms include a walk-in shower with a glass partition.

Guests can enjoy the balcony overlooking the sea and garden, furnished with seating.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 11 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
