Hotel Description

Antoniadis is a modest accommodation but very affordable, so it is very popular among the guest because there are no affordable accommodations on Pahis beach.

Villa Antoniadis Studios is located above the main road, 250m from Pahis Beach.

The first thing to see from the main road is the owner’s ground floor house, then there is a large, beautiful yard, and then building with one floor with the studios for rent.

It offers a total of 10 studies (five four-bed studios on the ground floor, 1 two/three bed studio also on the ground floor and 5 two/three bed studios on the first floor of the villa). Four-bed studios all have one double bed and bunk beds. Two-bed studios are with two single beds, and three-bed studios with three single beds. Bathrooms on the ground level don’t have a small tub and those on the first floor do have. The studios on the ground floor are accessible directly from the yard, and those upstairs from an open hallway on the back of the building. Studios on the ground floor have sitting furniture in front, while studios on the first floor have private balconies with a sea view, over the trees and house roofs. There is one four-bed studio in the offer that is independent and has a kitchen outside the accommodation unit, but only those guests can use it.

Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning and WiFi. The size of the double and triple studios is 15m2, while the area of the four-bed studios is 21m2.

Mosquito nets are on the windows. The owner provided for his guests the washing machine free of charge.

Cleaning and towels and bed linen replacing is done every 3-4 days.

The yard is large, with palm trees, flowers, fruit trees, interesting decorated with lots of authentic, rustic details. There is space for grilling with built-in barbecue and old-fashioned stove, a few covered tables and chairs for sitting and enjoying, swings for children, a tree house… The yard is fenced, so there is no risk that children may run out on the street.

Parking is in the area of the yard, in the shade of olive tree.

Antoniadis is 2km away from the nearest market and 1,5 km from the Skala Rachoni.

When coming from the direction of Limenas (about 8km from the new port of Limenas), continue another 150m after turning right to the hotel Louloudis and on the left side of the road you will see an old carriage and an the accommodation all in green, which somehow remind of a rustic farm.

Pachis beach offer a few restaurants, fine sand, the beach with natural shade (great for children because of shallow water and shade), a few hotels and lots of greenery.

The capital of the island, Limenas, is only 6-7 minutes away. In Limenas there is a great promenade, a wide selection of restaurants, taverns, cafes, supermarkets and entertainment in general.

The accommodation is modest, nice and very convenient.

I would like to highlight a significant advantage: they changed our bed linens and towels every three days, and the room was cleaned even every two days.

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
