The studio is tidy and quite satisfactory, in line with the price which is lower than in the surrounding areas. The yard is spacious, both front and back, and could serve as a lovely place to enjoy even when you are not at the beach. However, we were not pleased to find various old items scattered around the yard. They are mostly along the fence, not obstructing passage, but we cannot shake the impression that tourism is not a priority for the host, which is perhaps not surprising. Additionally, the fact that they do not speak at least English complicates communication. Considering we had a dog with us, we could not help but notice the cats wandering around the yard, circling the table while you eat, and particularly the cat feces in the yard, which are not cleaned, or at least not regularly.

An excellent location and a charming accommodation. The host is extremely kind, accommodating, and unobtrusive. The accommodation generally had everything that was needed. Although there is a kitchenette in the studio, food is prepared in the courtyard, which features a well-equipped and spacious kitchen. Meals are also enjoyed in the courtyard or in front of the studio itself, depending on the shade and the presence of other guests. The only drawback is the internet connection, which is unavailable when all domains are occupied by guests, which can often happen due to the presence of 11 apartments.

The accommodation was so modest that we were initially shocked, particularly by the lack of cutlery, a pot, and a frying pan in the apartment's kitchen. However, we soon realized that all of these items were available in the outdoor communal kitchen, which we began to use, and as a result, we started socializing with the other guests staying there.

Hello. We have moved to Antonidias. The room is modest, and the kitchen is poorly equipped. The courtyard is beautiful, but everything is quite old and poorly maintained. The best feature is the parking area beneath the olive trees and the proximity to Pahis beach.

The accommodation does not resemble the images you presented. It is urgent that you see how it truly looks. Everything is dilapidated and old! It may have once appeared decent, but now it is dreadful!

I had expected a modest accommodation, but this is worse than modest. We stayed in a four-bed room on the ground floor. The bathroom is a disaster; it is quite inconvenient to shower in semi-darkness, in the middle of the bathroom, and the drain is slow, meaning you are constantly in a "puddle". You cannot bring any belongings in because there is nowhere to put them, and everything ends up wet. The lighting in the room is extremely dim. There is a noticeable dampness and a stale smell. The burners are rusty, the kitchenette is dirty and falling apart. The beds are not suitable for people taller than 180 cm, or you have to sleep at an angle. The upper bunk is very low compared to the lower one, so hitting your head at least once is inevitable. The wardrobe has a couple of hangers but no shelves, so we kept our things in a suitcase for all 10 days. Privacy is almost non-existent, fortunately, our neighbors were okay. The bedding was the only thing that was clean, changed every 5 days, along with the towels. The courtyard is nice but neglected. The chairs, except for the plastic ones, are risky for sitting. The kitchen in the courtyard has a gas stove and plenty of dishes; we prepared food there when we cooked, but everything was dirty, so scrubbing was necessary. The children had a great time while we were in the accommodation because there were many kids, and they enjoyed socializing, running around the yard, or on swings, loungers, tricycles, but every child under 8 years old got stuck on something in the yard and fell at least once. The internet is poor; if you are lucky enough to "hook up" before the others, great, if not, forget about the net. There are a lot of mosquitoes, so you should bring adequate protective measures. It might pass, if you literally just come here to sleep and the all-in-one bathroom setup doesn’t bother you. And of course, you should clean everything before settling in. I would rate the accommodation a 1, if the owner wasn’t so friendly and ready to resolve issues as much as possible, based on what you complain about. Otherwise, Pahis beach is great, nearby, with a gradual entry into the water, a long shallow area, and a good part of the day in the shade; if you arrive early, you can choose a spot with all-day shade, just like at Glyfoneri beach, which is nearby.

Charming accommodation. A kind and unobtrusive host who always strives to be accommodating. The only complaint is that the internet, which was essential for us in certain situations, was disastrous. The signal needs to be strengthened, as when four or five of us connect, there is simply no internet.

The accommodation is as described on the website. For children aged 4 and above, it is a paradise for socializing and play. The yard is beautifully arranged with plenty of activities. The treehouse and climbing ropes transform this yard into a small adventure park. Those who prioritize comfort should skip this accommodation. Some may find the noise caused by the proximity to the highway bothersome. Overall, for those seeking freedom, fun for the little ones, and swimming at a beautiful beach, they will not find a more affordable accommodation than this one.

Upon Nikana's recommendation, I stayed at Antoniadis from August 23 to September 1, 2013, with my husband and our five-year-old daughter. Before the trip, I read all the comments on this site about Antoniadis and expected the following: - grumpy hosts who do not speak the language and are completely uninterested, - dirty linens, - untidy rooms, - some crazy old lady setting up sprinklers and scaring guests, - weak water pressure in the bathroom and the inability to bathe my child. And lo and behold! None of that awaited us! On the contrary! The owner Kostas (a cheerful good-natured man, born in 1964) kindly welcomed us, greeted us in English, escorted us to our room, we paid him, and he left us to settle in. The studio was on the upper floor, specifically number 16. First impression: it looks smaller than in the photos, but the space is quite sufficient. Immediately to the left is the bathroom, to the left is the sink with a refrigerator and a stove (this combination of electricity and water in one place occasionally causes a tingling sensation if you lean on the sink while washing dishes, but nothing serious) and the burners work very weakly - the water for coffee boils after 15-20 minutes; do not count on cooking in the room, for that you have a gas stove in the yard, a grill, and probably an oven too. Since we are already in the kitchen, women will be interested in the following: from the dishes, you have 3-4 shallow and one deep plate, a frying pan, a pot, 1 spoon, 3 forks, and one small ladle, a couple of knives, 2 large cups, 2 glasses, and 2 small glass bowls for snacks. I recommend bringing a decent ladle, dishcloths, a sponge, dish detergent, a ladle, small spoons... Anyway, I told you exactly what is available, you will assess what you might need. Downstairs in the kitchen, you have a pile of everything, and you can ask Kostas for anything from dishes, he will allow you to take it to your room (we, for example, asked for another ladle). For every "thank you", Kostas will respond with a smile, "no thank you, million dollars!". He will always ask you how it is at the beach and so on. So much for the impossibility of communication and the grumpy, uninterested host. The man is wonderful and unobtrusive! We saw the famous old lady, his mother, working hard, cleaning up trash, watering with her little sprayer, but truly, she bothers no one, greets you in Greek, and minding her own business. We saw Zoe on the seventh day when she left a towel at the doors of all the studios as a sign that she would clean that day. Upon returning from the beach, we found changed linens, a completely cleaned room and bathroom, neatly arranged things, clean towels, and even our daughter's toys were arranged on her bed so that the little one was convinced that we had a maid in our room. :) I digressed a bit, and I only got to the kitchen... Anyway, from the entrance door to the end of the so-called kitchen area, you have one big step, right after that you have a small room with a comfortable double bed and an additional bed (the linens are impeccable, the mattress squeaks). The beds are really not the most suitable for people over 1.80, they are slightly shorter than usual, but lie diagonally. :) There is also a dresser with a large drawer and a mirror, as well as one with three drawers next to the bed, and that’s it. Oh yes, behind the entrance door is a wardrobe, no shelves, there are hangers, and in the lower part, there are two more drawers. You also have a terrace, with a table and a drying rack, overlooking the trees and the sea, and of course, the beautiful yard of Antoniadis with plenty of toys for children. The terrace can seat three for lunch, it’s not spacious but it’s okay. The downside is that the terrace is not separated from the others in any way, except by a partition, so you are doomed to watch and socialize with absolutely all the neighbors on the floor. This doesn't have to be so bad if your neighbors are okay, but if they are not, then you might have a problem with noise, loud music (even from the ground floor), well... let your imagination run wild. If you have a very small child who cannot sleep without total silence or who can be awakened by loud talking and laughter, then Antoniadis is not for you. It didn’t bother us; we had good neighbors. In the first days in the house, there were only Serbians, then a wave of Romanians came, and then on the last day, a huge group of Bulgarians arrived. Such is the general composition of tourists on the beach as well as throughout Thassos. You hear Serbian at every turn. Oh yes, on the terrace, you also have mosquito nets, you have air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan, but you don’t need that, it was never too hot in the room. The walls are thin; we were dying of laughter at night listening to our Serbian neighbor and our Romanian neighbor competing in loud snoring. :) What horrified me was a cat that constantly climbed on the terraces, especially if guests were eating at that moment, and there was no chance to chase her away. She drove me crazy, and the little one was scared. I tried to chase her away so that the child could eat in peace, but she would just widen her eyes and start pawing as if she were going to scratch. Horrible. In the end, we brought food into the room, where there really isn’t an adequate dining table... we managed. That cat even stole the octopus from the neighbors (from the pot on the table on the terrace), somehow got down with it to the yard, and dragged it around all night. Yuck. As for the bathroom, it’s small, gets wet quickly, but you have a shower that solves everything. There were no problems with water pressure, but know that often after 7-8 PM you have no hot water, especially if the house is full of guests. I would say this is because the house is supplied with hot water from a boiler heated by solar energy, so while there is sunlight, there is water, and in the evening, the supplies quickly run out. So much for the accommodation. The beach is very close, a 5-minute walk. You cross the main road (absolutely no problem) and go down 200m on an asphalt path to the sea. The beach is beautiful, with umbrellas, natural shade from olive or pine trees, it’s sandy, there is a volleyball court, and two cafes. Buy a drink or ice cream, and you have sun loungers all day. Prices at the beach are all around 2.5 euros (any coffee, beer, ice cream (Nestle) the most expensive is 2 euros). They don’t make a fuss if you don’t buy anything, but it’s silly to be stingy. You can bring your towel and roll around in the sand, but absolutely no one did that. You have a clean toilet in the café - clean!, a mirror, a sink, a shower with cold water. The weather was great, but I would say that early September and any later date is not a good choice - the weather gets worse, the nights are cold (it’s uncomfortable on the terrace, your feet freeze), but the water temperature is still okay. The second half of August is fine in terms of price and everything else. In other establishments on the other side of the main road (closer to the beach), prices are catastrophic - during the period we were there (so near the end of the season), they ranged from 60 to 100 euros per day. What’s the craziest, there were guests. That’s another big plus for Antoniadis. Otherwise, there is really nothing in Pahis except for the beach. The nearest market is in Skala Rahoni, there is absolutely everything there, it’s more expensive than at home (bring food, no one asks you anything at the border). In the evening, go to Limenas, it’s beautiful, try the gyros at the shop "all for gyros" (I think that’s what it’s called)... all the Greeks eat gyros there, the Greeks recommended that place to us, and the shop is small, located at the beginning of a street full of souvenir shops... the price is 2.5 euros, or 2.7 with a 20-cent surcharge for tzatziki salad (worth it!). I do not recommend going further from Limenas; the road is terrible - just to Panagia, there are so many twists and turns that you haven’t seen on the whole trip to Greece, you literally go from one curve to another, your head is pounding from the pressure in your ears because you are going uphill... and then you arrive in Panagia and have nowhere to park because the only parking is overcrowded, you have nowhere to turn around... well... no, not at all, at least not in the evening. Go from Pahis the other way towards Rahoni and further to Limenarija, Potos, and definitely go to Teologos for a Greek dinner - count on spending around 50 euros for dinner for two, but you will eat the best lamb in the world, you will break plates and... hm... find Nikana’s story about the Greek dinner on the website - we saw and experienced everything she described. In one word - it’s worth going! The memories are beautiful. I mentioned Teologos because the road there is excellent - it is located directly opposite Pahis, on the southern part of the island, but there are no twists and turns and climbing up the mountain, you’ll be there in about 40 minutes. And you will see a lot along the way. If you go in the evening, you will be amazed by the sunset, which is unreal and looks much better when you observe it while traveling in that direction than when you watch it from the beach. We were also thrilled that the people in Thassos are endlessly kind and lovely, they really try to leave a good impression and make you want to come back. The ferry ride was phenomenal, with all those birds fluttering around, eating from your hand, musicians who play sirtaki live for you, and the dolphins we saw in the water! I was moved to tears! :) Priceless! I hope I didn’t forget to mention anything, if you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Thassos is magical, definitely go and all recommendations for Antoniadis. It is especially a good place for families with small children, but also for all those seeking a true vacation and peace. Oh yes, on the last day, a few minutes before we left the apartment, Kostas came, knocked, and presented us with a full bag of olives - black, salted, phenomenal. He knocked us off our feet again. We stayed from August 18 to August 27, 2013. As a family, in a four-bed studio, our impressions and experiences are positive. The accommodation is decent and good, in line with the price. The host is a pleasant person, and the yard radiates a cozy and homely atmosphere, which compensates for the studio's shortcomings. The beach is nearby, but a significant drawback is that the accommodation is located above a road without a pedestrian crossing, where everyone drives at high speeds. Overall, I recommend it for people with shallow pockets.

In the second half of August, we returned to Kosta's studio in Antonidis. We knew where we were going and had good company. This year, there were many of our friends from Belgrade, whom I cherish, along with plenty of children. I was with a friend who came with his two daughters, just like me. It was wonderful, despite a few shortcomings similar to last year, but the proximity to the beautiful Pachis beach compensates for all the flaws. Kosti, please order, otherwise, our very decent host could use a bit more hygiene, to fix the taps and tidy up the rings. However, for that price, we were very satisfied; in fact, the money isn't small, but other prices are considerably higher.

I vacationed with my family and friends for ten days. Tasos is beautiful, the accommodation is good, but hygiene could be improved. Otherwise, the owner of the apartment is an excellent person.

With my daughter, from 10th to 20th August 2013. The owners are exceptionally friendly, and the accommodation is decent (clean, furnished with the most basic furniture and utensils, the yard is somewhat neglected but interesting for children).

August 2013. The beach is nearby, just a two-minute walk away. It is divided into two sections: one with umbrellas and sunbeds that are free to use (with a drink from the bar), and another shaded by pine trees. The noise from the main road can be bothersome both in the evening and in the morning. The yard is spacious, and the parking is adequate. The rooms on the upper floor are fine, but if you are on the ground floor, be prepared for children constantly passing in front of your entrance. In the yard, guests have access to a barbecue, an oven, and a washing machine.

In August 2013, I spent time with family and friends; it was truly delightful. We all enjoyed ourselves, especially the children, at the playground.

We stayed from June 10 to June 20, 2013, with my husband, our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, and I can say that we are generally satisfied. Although there are a few minor shortcomings, such as the beautiful yard that gives the impression that the owner does not make much effort to maintain it, our overall impressions are very positive. If you are not overly spoiled and do not expect great luxury (which you cannot expect for that price), we recommend this accommodation.

In early August 2012, my husband, our three children, and I stayed at this accommodation. Initially, I was disappointed, but once I got used to it, everything was fine. The accommodation is quite decent, and the yard is spacious and suitable for children. Additionally, there is a shared kitchen (the cleanliness of which depends solely on the habits of the guests), but sometimes it can get crowded. The hosts are available if you need anything, and the elderly lady has her own unique stories. This accommodation is not for those who prefer solitude, who do not make acquaintances at the beach, or who would be bothered by having a 'neighbor' right next to them when they step outside their room. It is good for families with modest expectations who enjoy socializing and prefer to vacation together. If we hadn't been struck by a stomach virus (all rooms are on the ground floor) during our stay, the impression would have been much better. Nevertheless, I am quite satisfied and feel drawn to return. The proximity to the main road did not bother us; the house is set back enough that there is no noise.

I was with my family, the four of us, in a studio on the ground floor, while my brother and his girlfriend were upstairs in a double room. At first glance, it seemed like a "disaster"; it was not what we had seen on the website. We waited until the next day for the desired apartment to become available, and we didn’t pay for that day, which the landlord agreed to and apologized for. The landlord is a taciturn Greek who does this business on the side. ZOIIIII, presumably his wife, was very pleasant, cleaning and changing the bedding every three days. The kitchen was in poor condition, and the bathroom lacked a shower; it only had a "BAR"; the water drained poorly into the sewage system, and the beds were decent. Nevertheless, all in all, if they had put in a little more effort, it would have been okay. We visited various places and always happily returned to PAHIS. Personally, we only liked the GOLDEN BICHA beach, while POTOS had a very dirty shore, and ALIKI was expensive with a small cove. If ANTONIDIAS resembles studio FILIO AND KATARINA even by 50%, I will come back to him. He should install normal faucets that a woman can open, in the bathroom he should at least put a Chinese towel holder, remove the junk around the studio; his wife noticed a little snake. His daughter should be a bit quieter; she is too loud, and he should not turn on the compressor at midnight to inflate the neighbor's tire; I jumped out of bed. He needs some house rules.

We stayed at Villa Antoniadis from August 1st to 12th. The accommodation is decent, with a spacious yard, shade, and a tranquil atmosphere. Pahis Beach is very close, just 200 meters away, while the best beach in our opinion, Glifoneri, is located 500 meters away, entirely shaded by pine trees. We recommend it for families with small children, as there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby.

We vacationed at the end of July, accompanied by three other families, all with small children. This was our second visit, so we essentially knew what to expect. The hygiene has improved, but Kosta's mother still knows how to cause problems. She would turn on the sprinklers as soon as we arrived at our rooms, right in front of our doors, or she would place them next to the swings where the children were playing. This goes beyond coincidence, and it was quite bothersome for us this year. The swallows are gone, but in the morning, it was impossible to sit outside due to the flies. Kosta is generally there when you need something, but he gives the impression of an indifferent man who doesn't care much about his work. We used both the grill and the washing machine, and I regret not noticing the oven sooner. That would have made many things easier.

The accommodation for this price is quite decent. If something is not as it should be or is missing, the hosts will resolve it very quickly. The beds could be a bit longer (I am 190 cm tall and had trouble fitting), but, oh well. I would note that this accommodation is not suitable without a car, as apart from the beach and a couple of restaurants, everything else is 2 to 8 km away. The restaurants on the beach are quite okay, especially the one from the Pachis hotel. At the beach, you get a sunbed, chair, and umbrella with your drink, but I noticed that if you don’t order anything, no one will chase you away, although it’s best not to push it to that extreme. From what I observed, this accommodation is particularly popular with families with small children, so the yard is full of kids in the afternoon. And the kitchen in the yard is used, regardless of what they wrote about it, full blast :-) cooking, grilling ...

From June 18 to June 30, 2012, I vacationed with my wife and our two daughters, aged three and five. During the same period, ten other families enjoyed their holiday, nine of which had children of similar ages - a total of seventeen little ones. Words cannot describe the joy these children experienced. The hosts were remarkably tolerant of the children's mischief; if something was hidden or broken, they would repair it without any anger. We returned home with a wealth of beautiful memories and new friendships.

We spent ten lovely days in August with two other families with small children in Stuiju Antoniadis. The accommodation was perfect for children, as it has a large enclosed yard with a playground. The hosts were decent. The beach is not far away; the only issue is that you need to cross the main road. There are no bakeries, markets, or promenades in this small town, but neighboring towns are very close; if you are driving, it’s not a problem. We had a great time, relaxed, and recharged our batteries in the peaceful and beautiful Tasos.

My family (two children aged 5 and 8, my wife, and I), along with my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and their baby, vacationed in this house from June 27 to July 9, 2011. The hosts were courteous, but communication was limited due to their lack of language skills. Everything mentioned in the description was available, especially the grill and the gas stove in the yard. Undoubtedly, the best aspect of this accommodation is the vast yard where the children can play to their heart's content, the proximity to several beautiful beaches with natural shade, and the closeness to the largest supermarket on Thassos (2 km away). A pharmacy is also very nearby. Considering the money we spent, we were very satisfied, so we might choose the same accommodation next year :)
