Hotel Description

Markos Studios is an accommodation in the very center of Potos, consisting of two buildings (the front, along the main street and the main building, along the side alley) with a parking space between them and access from both the main street and the side alley. It is about 300 meters from the city beach, and even less from the first shops, bakeries and other similar facilities.

When coming from the direction of Limenaria, about 200m after Alexandra Beach Hotel on the right side of the street you will see a sign for Markos Studios.

In the front building, two accommodation units are available to tourists on the second floor: one superior triple studio and one triple apartment. Both units have one double bed and one single bed each and an area of 28m2.

In the main building on the ground floor there is a reception, one quadruple apartment, two triple studios and one double studio. On the first floor, there are one quadruple apartment, one double and one triple studio. On the second floor there are two double and one triple studio. Double studios (15m2) are equipped with a double bed, triple studios (18-20m2) have a double and a single bed, while apartments (40m2) have a double and two single beds (on the first floor) or two double beds (on the ground floor).

Only one triple studio on the ground floor has an outside kitchen that can be locked and is only available to guests of the particular unit. All other units have an indoor kitchen with a fridge, stove and kettle.

All accommodation units have a hairdryer, air conditioning, internet, TV, mosquito nets and a balcony. Except for the superior studio facing the street, all other units have a view of the courtyard.

Villa guests are provided with private parking, which is a big bonus for accommodation in the center of Potos.

All accommodation units are cleaned every two days, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Pets are not allowed.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
