Our description
Magda Studios is affordable and very nice accommodation with great location. Everything you need is nearby but it's hidden from the crowd and traffic. Fenced parking is provided and the owners are really helpful.
Magda Studios is located at about 300m from the city beach in Potos and about 200m from the central intersection towards Theologos.
There are three accommodation units located on the ground and the first floor.
On the ground floor, there's a quadruple studio (20m2) with one double and two bunk beds. The kitchen is in the same room and it has an electric stove with an oven, the bathroom has a shower cabin, while the terrace exits to the concrete yard.
Two apartments can accommodate up to five persons, have a separate bedroom, living room and a kitchen. They have about 45m2.
The first apartment (4 Bed Apartment (4+1)) has one double and a folding sofa bed, as well as space to add an extra bed. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. Balcony has street view.
The other apartment (5 Bed Apartment) has two bunk beds and couch in bedroom and one double bed in the living room. Bathroom has shower with a curtain. Balcony has street view.
All accommodation units have a TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, mosquito nets, bathroom and a kitchenette with a stove with oven.
Cleaning and replacement of towels and linen is done every five days.
Private parking for three cars is available in the yard.
When you arrive to Potos, turn towards Theologos and then turn left on the second turn (right across the hair dresser Mary). Follow the road for 50 meters and you will see the house.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Bili smo u apartmanu 4+1. Konforan je i kompletno opremljen. Vlasnica je ljubazna i sta god da zatreba hoce da pomogne.

Odličan apartman na odličnoj lokaciji. Blizu samog centra grada a, opet malo izdvojen da niste u gužvi.

Gazdarica je divna zena,apartman je odlicno opremljen,jedino mu fali prozor u drugoj sobi koji moze da se otvori.U dvoristu je parking.

Gazdarica Magde je izuzetno prijatna i potrudiće se da Vaš odmor bude zaista odmor. Smeštaj je baš komforan- bukvalno kao da sam samo zamenila zavese, nije na glavnoj ulici- to je ogromna prednost jer vaš štiti od buke. Nije daleko ni od plaže pa je ugođaj i odmor zaista zagarantovan... Mi ćemo se sigurno vratiti u ovaj smeštaj u Potosu...

Молим за информацију, занима нас дали има слободан смештај за период од 14. или 15. августа за 8 или 9 ноћења за две породице. Једна породица, двоје одраслих и 2 деце, 7 и 4 године, Друга породица, двоје одраслих и једно дете од 4 године. И која је цена.
