Magda Studios is affordable and very nice accommodation with great location. Everything you need is nearby but it’s hidden from the crowd and traffic. Fenced parking is provided and the owners are really helpful.
Magda Studios is located at about 300m from the city beach in Potos and about 200m from the central intersection towards Theologos.
There are three accommodation units located on the ground and the first floor.
On the ground floor, there’s a quadruple studio (20m2) with one double and two bunk beds. The kitchen is in the same room and it has an electric stove with an oven, the bathroom has a shower cabin, while the terrace exits to the concrete yard.
Two apartments can accommodate up to five persons, have a separate bedroom, living room and a kitchen. They have about 45m2.
The first apartment has one double and a folding sofa bed, as well as space to add an extra bed. Balcony has street view.
The other apartment has two bunk beds and couch in bedroom and one double bed in the living room. Balcony has street view.
Both apartments have a shower cabin with a glass partition in the bathroom.
All accommodation units have a TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, mosquito nets, bathroom and a kitchenette with a stove with oven.
Cleaning and replacement of towels and linen is done every five days.
Private parking for three cars is available in the yard.
When you arrive to Potos, turn towards Theologos and then turn left on the second turn (right across the hair dresser Mary). Follow the road for 50 meters and you will see the house.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
