Our description
Lotos Studios - Nikos's corner is a new villa on a great location in Potos. Although it is located near the road, it was built in a way that the balconies are facing the pool and garden, so are protected from any noise from the street. Units are modern and very clean.
The accommodation is situated on the road to Theologos, on 50m from the central intersection in Potos and 200m from the city beach.
There is also a part of the villa belonging to another owner, with the name Lotos Studios - Rita`s corner. It’s of equal quality and is also offered on this site.
In Nikos part of the villa, you have one double studio on the ground floor, one double and two triple are on the first floor and two triple studios are on the second. The double studio is with one double bed, and triple studios are with one double and one single bed. Adding one extra bed is not possible. Size of double bed studio is 21m2, and triple studio 23m2.
Studios have balconies overlooking the pool. Each studio has a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, hairdryer and satellite TV. All studios are different in colour and schedule of furniture, but the quality is the same.
The villa has wireless Internet, which is available to guests free of charge.
Cleaning is provided every day and changing towels and sheets are on every three days.
The pool is medium sized. Around it, there are deck chairs. Beside the pool, there is a small garden with barbecue.
The swimming pool is open from 9:00-21:00. The prohibition of using the pool is common during the rest hours in the afternoon or at least prohibition of making noise at the pool from 14:30-17:00.
Villa doesn't have a private parking, but the owners try to provide you with some parking spots next to the villa, on extensions of the road.
If you are coming from Limenaria, at the central crossroads in Potos (next to the amusement park) turn left toward Theologos. After some 50 meters you will see the Lotos villa on the right side of the street.
If you want accommodation very near the center of Potos and all events, a step away from the promenade, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, then Lotos can be a good choice.

Studios Lotos complex is located in Thassos close to the divine beach of Potos. Potos is located in southern Thassos and is a cosmopolitan resort. The beach is famous for its natural beauty, crystal clear shallows, amazing sunsets and fine sand, ideal for families with young children. It is a perfect place for someone who desires to spend quiet and romantic vacations, while exploring the near villages or Thassos island.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je predivan, blizu glavne ulice, privatan parking, voda u bazenu cista, hladnija, sobe se ciste svaki dan, peskiri i posteljina se menjaju svaki drugi. Nikos i njegova supriga su divni. Svaka preporuka za Nikos corner samo da naglasim jer postoji Ritas corner to od sestre ali sobe su lepse u Nikos 🙂

Maksimalno zadovoljni sa smeštajem. Modernijeg izgleda, izuzetno čisto (svaki dan se čisti), kupatilo je pristojne veličine u odnosu na veličinu smeštajne jedinice, dok je kuhinja mala i ne baš opremljena, što nama uopšte nije smetalo, (nije za one goste koji bi da kuvaju). Gazdarica je obezbedila parking pod ključem iako to nije bilo navedeno u opisu smeštaja, ako se dobro sećam. WiFi je solidan. Ostalo je kako je i napisano u opisu smeštaja. Došli bi ponovo...
