Our description
Tasos villa is located in a quiet part of Potos, around 10 minutes away from the beach. The high quality accommodation is completely new and decorated very nice. Villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and it is an excellent choice for those who are looking for privacy and comfort.
City beach in Potos is 850m away, while the center 750m far. There you can find the first shops, taverns and souvenirs.
It is spacious new building (70m2), separated in two levels and can accommodate up to six persons, making an atmosphere like at your home.
It is equipped with an AC, internet access, TV, mosquito nets, towels, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a big, fully equipped kitchen. It has an oven and a big fridge. There is a TV, AC, sofa bed for one person, folding armchair for one person and an additional extra bed for one person. Also, there is a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. In front of the entrance is outdoor furniture for sitting.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms and a big balcony with the mountain view and surrounding houses. One bedroom has a double bed, AC and TV, while the other one has a bunk bed. Lower level of this bunk bed is a double bed so it can accommodate three persons in total. Also, in that room is an AC and TV while both rooms have balcony access. On the upper floor is also a bathroom with shower cabin and hairdryer.
Cleaning and replacing towels is done in agreement with the owner, upon arrival.
Parking space is 50m away from the villa.
From Limenaria direction, turn left to Theologos at the main intersection in Potos and drive around 800m. On the left side of the street, you will see a sign for Asteria studios parking and after that is one small street where you will turn. Villa is on the right side on the small hill.
If you are looking for privacy and quality equipped, modern and new accommodation for bigger companies, far away from the crowd and traffic, this villa is an excellent choice.

Owner description
Villa Tasos is a newly built modern villa situated at a serene location in the village of Potos on the south side of Thassos island. It has a great mountain view and it takes approximately 9 minutes on foot to reach the tourist center of Potos & its beach.
The villa is split into two levels where it can accommodate up to six guests, it offers great comfort and a homelike feeling. It has two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area and two furnished balconies overlooking the nearby mountains. In addition, the villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities that will make our guests experience a relaxed and pleasant stay. On the entrance level, you will find a large living room area equipped with a flatscreen TV, coffee table and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove & a large dining table that can seat six people. In addition, the ground floor has direct access to a furnished balcony overlooking the surrounding area.
Going up the stairs you can find the two bedrooms & the en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, flatscreen TV, a large wardrobe & a dressing table with a fairly large mirror. The second bedroom features a double bed and a single bed in the form of a bunk bed and is also equipped with a flatscreen TV and a wardrobe. In addition, both bedrooms have direct access to the same furnished balcony with a lovely mountain view.
We have made sure that the villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities that will make our guests have a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
