Hotel Description

Tasos villa is located in a quiet part of Potos, around 10 minutes away from the beach. The high quality accommodation is completely new and decorated very nice. Villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and it is an excellent choice for those who are looking for privacy and comfort.

City beach in Potos is 850m away, while the center 750m far. There you can find the first shops, taverns and souvenirs.

It is spacious new building (70m2), separated in two levels and can accommodate up to six persons, making an atmosphere like at your home.

It is equipped with an AC, internet access, TV, mosquito nets, towels, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a big, fully equipped kitchen. It has an oven and a big fridge. There is a TV, AC, sofa bed for one person, folding armchair for one person and an additional extra bed for one person. Also, there is a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. In front of the entrance is outdoor furniture for sitting.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms and a big balcony with the mountain view and surrounding houses. One bedroom has a double bed, AC and TV, while the other one has a bunk bed. Lower level of this bunk bed is a double bed so it can accommodate three persons in total. Also, in that room is an AC and TV while both rooms have balcony access. On the upper floor is also a bathroom with shower cabin and hairdryer.

Cleaning and replacing towels is done in agreement with the owner, upon arrival.

Parking space is 50m away from the villa.

From Limenaria direction, turn left to Theologos at the main intersection in Potos and drive around 800m. On the left side of the street, you will see a sign for Asteria studios parking and after that is one small street where you will turn. Villa is on the right side on the small hill.

If you are looking for privacy and quality equipped, modern and new accommodation for bigger companies, far away from the crowd and traffic, this villa is an excellent choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
