Our description
Encanto Village is a newly built, luxury accommodation in Potos. The accommodation is located in a quiet part of the island and provides guests with maximum privacy. The apartments are modern and have spacious terraces, and in the beautifully landscaped yard there are two swimming pools for children and adults that can be used by all guests. The accommodation has private parking for all vehicles, which is a big advantage.
It is located 950m from the center of Potos where the first shops are located and 1100m from the nearest beach.
The accommodation started operating in 2022. It was built with high quality and modernity, because the owners thought of every detail.
There are seven apartments in the offer, which are very similar and are equipped in the same way . The apartments (45m2) consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen with a living room in which there is a sofa bad for one person and the other bed is pulled up like a drawer so two people can sleep there. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower with a glass partition, two air conditioners, two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. All terraces are spacious and have a view of the pool and yard.
The apartments have an equipped kitchen, bathroom, safe, two air conditioners, mosquito nets on the windows and terrace doors, hair dryer, free wireless internet and two TVs with satellite channels. They are equipped with very nice furniture, stylishly decorated and very clean.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and has a coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, cutting board, complete utensils and dishes.
In the yard there is one pool for adults and another for children with umbrellas and sunbeds. There is a barbecue in the yard that guests can use and also a playground for children.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning is done daily, while replacement is done every three days.
The parking space is inside the courtyard at the entrance to the accommodation and is spacious enough for all guests.
Accommodation Encanto Village is located on the exit from Potos, in a quiet location and has a large, beautifully landscaped yard with a swimming pool surrounded by olive groves. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, at the crossroads in Potos turn left towards Teologos and after 950m on the right side of the road you will see a sign for this accommodation.
If you want to be isolated from the noise and the center, located in one of the highest quality buildings, Encanto Village is the right choice.

At Encanto Village we combine the relaxation and comfort of a home with the luxury and care of a suite, turning your stay into a unique personal experience. We offer excellent facilities, and each suite consists of a comfortable bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen area, writing area, furnished balcony and bright bathroom. The complex has a large swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children, where you can enjoy moments of relaxation, play and carefree.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Moramo priznati da Potos kao destinacija nije bio naš prvi izbor, ali smo se odlučili zbog Encanto Village apartmana. Gledali smo nekoliko smeštaja tog tipa ali nam je Encanto na slikama delovao kao najprostraniji. I zaista je bilo tako. Kupio nas je svojim šarmom čim smo stigli. Veliko ograđeno imanje u kom u jednom delu su prostrani parking i 3 objekta sa ukupno 7 apartmana i bazenom u središtu, a drugi deo imanja prelep, redovno održavani travnjak i maslinjaci. Naš apartman je bio sa brojem 5. Sve je novo, moderno uređeno i imate sve što vam treba. Dve prostorije, obe imaju klimu. Spavaća soba sa velikim bračnim krevetom. Dnevni boravak sa trpezarijom (manji sto za ručavanje sa 4 stolice) i opremljenom kuhinjom. Tu se nalazi sofa koja se može pretvoriti u dva odvojena kreveta jer se iz nje izvlači pomoćni krevet sa udobnim dušekom koji se može potpuno odvojiti od sofe. Mi smo bili sa dvoje velike dece i imali smo sasvim dovoljno prostora. Za 10 dana boravka čistili su nam svaki dan, a peškire i posteljinu su nam menjali 3 puta. Terasa je takođe velika, sa velikim stolom i 4 stolice. Mi smo ručavali na terasi. Apartmani su tako orjentisani i dovoljno odvojeni da imate privatnost na terasi. Gazda je prisutan od 8h do 21h, na recepciji ali skoro neprimetan. Inače jako ljubazan. Bazen je čist, svaki dan se čisti ujutru i uveče. Jedan veći i jedan mali za malu decu. Pored bazena rekviziti za zabavu male dece, suncobrani i ležaljke, koje su besplatne naravno. U dvorištu postoji roštilj koji je gostima na raspolaganju. Smeštaj je na samom kraju ulice koja vodi ka selu Teologos, oko kilometar udaljen od plaže Potosa. Ali nama nije bio problem da svako veče prošetamo do centra Potosa. Čak smo i do Pefkarija stigli peške prečicom ☺️

Apartman nov uredan i cist.cistilo se i pospremalo svaki dan.gazda jako ljubazan.lokacija savrsena odvojen od buke i galame,do centra se moze prosetati.sve preporuke.
