Amversa Villa is among the most wanted accommodation in Potos, mostly because of its location. It is just few meters from the beach but also very close to the center and all the contents. House is very clean with very nice owners so it’s very popular.
Amversa is located at 100m from the central crossroad in Potos toward an exit from the town and only 30 meters from the beach.
There are two buildings with the same name in the same yard. One of them closer to the sea and another closer to the street. Buildings are shared between two owners - brothers, and they have half part in each building. Amversa Villa Nikos Corner is an object owned by Nikos.
In Amversa Villa Nikos Corner there are studios at the ground floor and first floor, and they are average size, also there is one apartment at the ground floor.
Each studio has a double bed, kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C, mosquito nets, WiFi internet and balcony with sea view or garden view.
On the ground floor of the building closer to the sea there are:
3-bed studio (no.11) has one standard size double bed, a single bed with mattress (90x160cm), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C, wireless internet and a balcony with fence of plants which has a garden view. Its size is 27m2.
Apartment (no.10) has two rooms. In the first one is a living room with kitchen, one single bed and an folding armchair for one person. The bedroom is separated from the living room with a door and it has a double bed. The bathroom is with a bath tub. Balcony is in the back side of the garden. Size of apartment is 36m2.
4 bed-studio (no.12) has a double bed, a single bed and folding armchair for one person, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C, internet wireless and a balcony in the back side of the garden. Studio size is 32m2.
On the first floor of the building closer to the sea there are three studios:
3-bed studio (no.9) with one double and single bed with standard mattress (160x90cm), fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, internet wireless and a big balcony with garden view. Size of this studio is 25m2.
4-bed studio with double bed, single bed with standard mattress (160x90cm) and folding armchair for one person, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C, internet wireless and a balcony with sea view. Size of this studio is 29m2.
4-bed studio with double bed, single bed with standard mattress (160x90cm), folding armchair for one person, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C, internet wireless and a balcony with sea view. Size of this studio is 29m2. Quadruple studios are units number 7 and 8.
In the first building (closer to the street) there are three studios on the second floor:
Double studio (no.1) is just for two persons, it has one double bed, kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C, WiFi and balcony with view to the city. Size of this studio is 18m2.
Second studio is 3-bed (no.2) and it consists of one double and single bed, bathroom, A/C, kitchen, TV, WiFi and it has a balcony with sea view. Size of this studio is 25m2.
Third studio is 3-bed (no.3) and it is for three persons. It consists of a double and single bed, kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C, WiFi internet, it is located in the west, in the side of the house and it has long narrow balcony with view on the city and sea. Size of this studio is 20m2.
Bed linen and towels are changing every three days and at the same time rooms are completely cleaned and arranged.
Pets are welcome and on booking you can book a baby cot too.
Also good side of this accommodation is that has three parking places inside the yard and for the rest of the guests, outside the yard.
When coming from Limenaria, pass the main intersection and after 100 meters you will see Amversa on your right (across Franceska).
Amversa Villa Nikos Corner is on one of the best location in Potos, because it is just 30m far from the sea, it is on a quite place and at the same moment two minutes far away from all the activities that Potos can offer.
