Koula Studios 2 is the accommodation located in Potos, on a very quiet location outside the center. Still, you can reach the beach in 10 minutes by walking. Koula offers spacious and new apartments for bigger families. Guest reviews are very high rated.
It is 600 meters away from the beach and 500 meters from the main intersection.
Accommodation consists of three houses for rent with seven apartments available, six of which are available for online reservations.
A spacious apartment Koula (45m2) on the first floor in the first house, is ideal to accommodate large families. The bedroom has one double bed with a single drawer-bed to be used if necessary. In the living room, except the kitchen, there are two folding sofa beds suitable for adults or younger children. Spacious terrace is overlooking the sea.
The second house is renovated for the season 2017 and consists of two four-bed apartments.
Ground floor apartment Stamatis (45m2) has a double bed in the bedroom, while there are two single beds in the living room/kitchen. An extra bed can be added here. This apartment will not be available for the season 2025.
The apartment Tomi on the first floor (37m2) has a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room with kitchen.
Third house is new and was made for season 2019. It will have two identical apartments as the second house.
Apartment Korina is the same as apartment Tomi and Mary is identical as apartment Stamatis.
From the season 2022 the Dimos apartment will be available for booking. It is located on the first floor and it’s overlooking the yard. In the living room there are two single beds, a small oven, a stove and a large refrigerator, while in the bedroom there is one double bed. An extra bed can be added if needed.
From the season 2025 the Petros apartment (45m2) will be available for booking as well. Is is located on the ground floor, right below the apartment Dimos. It has a double bed in the bedroom, while there are two single beds in the living room/kitchen. An extra bed can be added here.
Apartments are air conditioned, have fully equipped kitchen with a small stove and oven, terrace, safe box, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, new bathroom with shower cabin, new furniture and very nice interior decoration. Within accommodation guests can use free wireless internet.
Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is performed every five days.
There is a garden with small part of grass, few swings for children and three barbecues. There are also table and chairs as well as bbq equipment. The house is surrounded by olive trees.
Private parking is inside the yard.
Arriving from the direction of Limenaria, at the main crossroads in Potos turn left toward Theologos, and then again to the first street left. After 200m turn to the second street right and go until the end. The house is a pinkish color and you’ll easily notice it.
If you want a quality and comfortable accommodation in Potos, with beautiful balconies and a courtyard, outside the crowd and traffic, at just 5-6 minutes walk from the beach, Koula Studios 2 can be an excellent choice.

A very good accommodation for the price, the staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are excellent and very clean, and the bedding is changed regularly like in a hotel.

A perfect five for everything! From the host, who is there for all your needs, to the cleanliness of the apartment, I have no complaints whatsoever!
