Description
Traditional Stone House is separated from the beach only by the main road. The villa is located in Skala Kalirachi and offers the guests a spacious apartment for six people with an access to a private yard. During the stay, a parking spot and the usage of barbecue are available.
We have to mention that the beach in front of the house is rocky. Center of the village is about 3km away and there are all the shops.
There's one apartment (55m2) on the ground floor in the offer. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed while the living room has two single beds. Also, in the hallway, there's a sofa bed for one grown up person. If needed, one extra bed can be added. The kitchen is separated and has a large fridge, a microwave, an oven, electric kettle, and a coffee machine. The bathroom can be accessed from the hallway and it has a shower base. The A/C is located only in the hallway.
The owners clean the apartment upon the departure, while the bed linen and the towels are being changed every two days.
There's a parking place for the guests inside the yard.
Traditional Stone House is located at the exit from Skala Kalirachi, coming from Prinos.
The Villa is an ideal choice for everyone that wants an isolated accommodation near the sea.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
