Thassos Fish Cave Studio is a charming little cottage located right on the beach, offering its visitors an unreal view of the sea, where they can indulge while relaxing on the terrace. Moreover, guests are ensured complete privacy, as they would be the sole occupants of this accommodation.
This lodging is situated in Skala Kalirachi, just a few steps away from the sea, as well as from the town beach. The beach in front of the accommodation is rocky/gravelly. The nearest bakery and shop are approximately 500m away from the lodging.
Thasos Fish Cave (around 17m2) features four single beds in the central room, where there is also a small tea kitchenette. Exiting this room, you step directly onto the terrace from where you can enjoy a phenomenal view of the sea, just a few steps away.
On the left side, there is an auxiliary room where you can find a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a small stove with burners, as well as a small fridge. Continuing from the kitchen, you will find the bathroom, which does not have a separate shower cabin, only tiles.
What sets this accommodation apart is its focus on ecological and efficient energy use. All electrical appliances are powered entirely by solar energy, from light bulbs to the small stove. The lodging provides internet access. There is no air conditioning or fan in the property, as the cottage is naturally cool being built of stone.
If you are looking for accommodation right on the seafront, where you would be the only guests, Thassos Fish Cave Studio is an ideal choice.

The cottage offers privacy and peace. If you’re not a fan of excessive comfort and luxury, this cottage is a great choice because it has absolutely everything you need. The shoreline is rocky, but swimming is possible. With a bit of caution, there are sea urchins, and you can fish—there’s plenty of fish. We even had the chance to watch a dolphin swim very close to the shore while having breakfast, and to enjoy dinner with the fish we caught ourselves, accompanied by the most beautiful sunset. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for eight nights; the host was very kind, and the little house by the sea was utterly gorgeous. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything you could need. The sunset was absolutely beautiful. Thank you, Nikana!
