Description
Aglaia Pansion is located in the center of Skala Maries, next to the promenade and right by the sea. It is a beautiful and modernly furnished accommodation with fantastic sea views. All the amenities this place has to offer are a minute away.
Accommodation is located 50m from the city beach and the first markets, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. Since the Skala Maries is a small place, the other two beaches (Sunset and Atspas) are also very close.
The accommodation was renovated in 2016. It offers six accommodation units - four studios and two apartmens (40-42m2). Two studios each are on the ground floor and the first floor and there is also a duplex apartment on the high ground floor (five steps above ground level). Two first floor studios have been renovated for summer 2017.
The studios have one double bed and sea view, and the duplex apartment has two bedrooms, two terraces and two double beds (one double in each bedroom). In the studios (No. 1 and 2) no extra bed can be added, but only a baby cot, while an extra bed or baby cot can be inserted in the apartments. These units have separate terraces, sea views, an equipped kitchen (stove and small fridge) and a bathroom with a shower. Since the apartment has two balconies, one overlooks the city beach and the other towards the street. Studio number 2 is slightly smaller and has an area of 17m2, while all other studios have about 20m2.
Upstairs studios are double (number 4 and 5), have one double bed, air conditioning, equipped kitchen with stove and small fridge and bathroom with shower cabin. The terrace is spacious and separated so guests of both units have their own seating area. It offers a beautiful view to the sea.
From the 2019 season, there is one more apartment on the high ground floor. The bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two children, a kitchen with a stove and a small fridge and a bathroom with a shower cabin. There is a possibility of adding an extra bed. This unit has about 42m2. The terrace is narrow because it is located on the side of the house. It has a sew view.
Cleaning and replacing of towels and linen are done every three days.
Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right at the sign for Atspas Beach, at the exit from the Skala Maries. Walking down the street by the sea, you will pass a small intersection and the road will turn to the right after some time when you will see Pension Aglaia on the left side of the street (80m after the turn).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pozdrav, zanima me da li je slobodan 4+1 apartman u periodu od 01.08.? Da li je moguce da u njega bude smesteno 3 odrasle osobe, 1 dete od 13 godina, jedno od 10 i jedno od godinu i po dana? Po potrebi bismo poneli krevetac za bebu ukoliko ne moze drugacije? Hvala.

Zdravo, Dobili smo preporuku od prijatelja da vam se obratimo za smestaj u Scala Maries.Decko i ja bismo dosli autom 27.07. I ostali 10 dana.Zamolila bih Vas da mi date blize informacije o ovom Agaia Pansionu.I da mi date ponude za neke druge koji su ostali.Takodje bi nam odgovarala i Limenaria.Hvala unapred

Katerina an Maistrali doesnt have free accommodation in this period, it is better to send me an email. AC is usually included but you can see that in the description of each object :).Regards

Hello Milica, Yes Please I do want you to check any possibilities to cover the period starting with 26.08 to 31.08 but can you check first the availability at Katerina pension and Maistrali for two 2+3 studios and after we cover that period recheck for Aglaia apartment. Dear Leonard, before you had sent your answer owners of Kentia already rented this studios and at this moment there are only one 4 bed and one 2 bed studio available from 29/08. Aglaia pension doesnt have apartment free from 26/8 neither, only from 31/8. So this you can still reserve, accommodation is booked every hour and availability is changing very fast for this days so we can not do anything about it. We can just try to help you by checking availability but we must have your decisions fast :). Do you want us to check something else, or you want to book Aglaia pension from 31/8? Regards

Hello Milica! Sorry but I'm working this days and I couldn't answer to your e-mail and messages. YES! We are interested to make reservation as follows: - from 26.08 to 29.08 (4 days) we want one double bed studio plus one triple bed studio at Kentia Studios and - starting with 30.08 living on 03.09 morning at the apartment for 5 persons at Aglaia Pansion.
