Hotel Description

Marinos House is located in the village of Skala Maries, on the hill, and it has a magnificent sea view that the guests can enjoy in. The villa is outside of the center to the guests can have their piece of quiet. The yard is spacious and it has BBQ.

The house is 350m away from the center of the village, shops, taverns and the city beach and Sunset.

The villa offers one duplex apartment located on the first floor (the enterance is from the yard because the house is located on the hill). On the ground floor is a storage room. The apartment has 70m2. In one bedroom there are two single beds, while in the other one is one double bed. In the living room there is one sofa bed for one older child, as well as the kitchen that has an oven and a big fridge. Extra bed and baby cot can not be added. In the bathroom there is a shower cabin.

Cleaning and the change of linen and towels are done every 3-4 days (depending of the lenght of the stay).

The yard is partly paved and it has a BBQ.

Parking space is provided for the guests in front of the villa.

When you get to the church in Skala Maries continue driving towards the village Maries in the mountains and turn right after 100m. Than turn left into the first street and go uphill until you get to the villa. The road is partialy paved.

Villa is an ideal choice for all those who want to have a vacation in the quiet location with a beautiful sea view.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 18 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
